The sides of Walking Street from McArthur to Mega Dance are torn up. Not sure when they started but two days prior they had punched holes in the street from McArthur up to Madonna bar so that it will be easier to breakup in pieces. Now the holes are in front of Shooters (next to Kokomos). They are going to go all the way up to the Walking Street sign in front of Mega Dance. That whole street will be taken out. Rainy season ends mid-October so that street will be a complete disaster. I doubt it will be finished before year end. Christmas Miracles do not happen on the actual Walking Street. The street is cursed. I swear the city keeps messing with that street to drive everyone out of business because I have never seen a street anywhere being constantly worked on as that one. I just can not understand how Mr. Boots-on-the-ground has not properly warned visitors of this very important piece of information.

Returned after 6 months for 4 days and then going north Luzon for some outdoorsy stuff if weather allows. I saw what I believe is a new girlie bar named SS (Sensational Sound?) on the back street across from Starking near Queens Hotel. Dragon Bar sign went up today at the Club Asia location. Not open yet. Madonna was open today. Madonna might have been open yesterday but the outside lighting was out. Envy is all tore up. Paradise Sports bar next to McD's is closed but the businesses behind are open.

I am hoping that things stayed the same. Before I was in AC last time, people wrote the same reports about the changing climate. Last year, I had similar experiences as 5 years prior. Theres still a little hope.

Hoping things are same and perhaps its the mongers expecting more than. Should be back on AC in a few months and hoping to report good things. I first came when bar fines were 2 k, so just like everything else, expecting to pay more for similar service. Anyways, I normally find one girl for the whole night so I do expect and willing to pay more for it. Get as many nuts in as possible out of it too. XS has been the best out of service and expectations from girls. I can't speak of the other bars. Mega has never failed me, and a good place to pick up group of girls all at once. And willing to take much less than the clubs. These were experience last year. I'm older now, and fatter, so we will see how it all comes together. I've been around the world as well, besides Thailand, for price and expectations, PH still wins. I hope to report back on this upcoming trip. Angeles City is an Overpriced SHIT HOLE with Sub five girls who are Bigoted Prejudice and Raciest and do NOT like to go with Non-Koreans.

Spent two months in Angeles City just returned on Monday.

OVERPRICED: All bar fines are between 4000 k to 5000 k with 5000 k being the most common bar fine price, some girls in the bars being 6000 k, Perimeter Road bars were all 3500 k.

QUALITY OF WOMAN: LOW LOW LOW. Most women in the bars were 4's and 5's rather they were Korean or non-Korean owned bars a few 6's an occasional 7 seen some rare 8's and 9's around but mostly not in the bars just on the streets with Korean customers. Permeator Road bars 99% were sub five. Found the BJ bars, around the corner from Garfield's and the one on Raymond Street to have Only sub five women that would have to pay me to have sex with them.

BIGOTED PREJUDICE AND RACIEST: Overwhelmingly the girls WANT Korean customers first don't have to be young and hansom can be old fat and a slob but as long as you are Korean you will be their number one choice. Number two will be a non-Korean who is exceptionally hansom. If you do NOT fall into either of these two categories, you will find it VERY DIFFICULT to get a girl from the bars.

FREELANCERS: Almost Non-Existent a few in front of Phillies but 99% will be lady boys. Did not notice Any during the two months I was there at the other end around McDonalds. Went into Lucifers no one paid any attention to me but out of curiosity wanted to see if I could actually get a girl. So had the waitress ask the first girl if I could buy her a drink. We talked, I brought up bar fining and she said she would think about it, and I thought to myself I'll think about coming back into your bar and spending my money again. Had the waitress ask a second one to come over but she said she had menstruation. What that means is you're not Korean and you're not hansom enough. Went into Doll House and talked with an unusually attractive girl who was young Brook Shields looking solid 8. I brought up bar fining and she just crinkled her nose and said in a negative voice "I don't know" I just crinkled my nose and said I don't know if I'm going to spend any more money in your bar. A month and a half later I was actually able to get this girl every day for the last two week of my trip. Towards the end of my trip At the pool party met a Doll House bar girl that I bar fined several nights in a row back in 2014 who is now overweight has lost her looks and working as a waitress at Doll House, actually met four waitresses who I knew as bar girls some 10 something years ago who are now overweight and have lost their looks and working as waitresses. She advocated for me, and I was able to get the stuck-up Brook Shields looking 8 to go with me for the last two weeks of my trip. Tried talking to another attractive girl at Doll House during the first four days who turned out to be the older cousin of the Attractive Young Brook Shields Looking Girl. At first, she said she had to leave early and couldn't, but at the end of my trip the waitress advocated for me, and she agreed to bar fine with me both girls told me they ONLY go with Korean customers, but the waitress told them I was a really nice guy. The waitress was able to get a third girl from there to bar fine with me as well. Without the waitress advocating for me I would have had a 0. 0% success rate there. Went into Miekos Dragon bar during the first four days and bought a drink for a Hot solid 8 looking girl, she sat next to me like she was sitting next to Frankenstein's Monster and when I brought up bar fining it was a definite and strong NO got up walked over to the counter paid the tab and left, never set foot in Miekos bar again and never spent another peso in Miekos bar again.

After my fourth day and having not been laid yet, figured what the hell, and walked into a Korean owned bar, Cosplay, within two minutes of sitting down had a manager / supervisor / whatever come up to me and ask me what girl I wanted, telling me which ones were new which ones had no babies so I picked what I thought was the Hottest girl there she came down for a drink. After the four days of solid being ignored and rejected in the non-Korean bars I 100% expected this girl to tell me no. To my utter disbelief and surprise, she was completely agreeable, and bar fined with me, in disbelief I paid the bar fine and walked out with her still not believing this is actually happening. Went back to Cosplay every day sometimes twice a day for a week straight and bar fined which ever girl I wanted only one time did a girl tell me she only goes with Koreans. I eventually found my way into Sky Fall where the same scenario happed manager / supervisor / whatever come up to me and ask me what girl I wanted, telling me which ones were new which ones had no babies. Had 80% success in getting whatever girl I wanted from there with only 20% of the ones I wanted being Korean only girls. Had some pretty good luck in SS bar on Fields as well. Found Viking despite being a Korean owned bar to be more western in that no one comes up to you and the girls don't notice you or show you any attention. Found High Quality to be very unfriendly to non-Koreans and got the since they really didn't want us in there. But apart from that I found many of the Korean owned bars to be the BEST bars for getting girls. The non-Korean bars to be really a waste of time and money and not worth visiting unless you just want to relax and watch girl who won't go with you.

I've pulled 4 hot girls from sisters past. One really rocked my world. As far as Angeles goes, if you're not Korean than you may as well go elsewhere.
