The construction on Walking Street not as bad as I thought.
Well, I was waiting for someone there to correct me but obviously he is not really there.
So they punched holes that were mostly filled back in by the small pieces falling back into the holes made. They put down a layer of dirt to raise the height and poured concrete on top after the rain had compacted the dirt for a day or two since it rains a little nearly every day now. Seems as is the road and sidewalk are all one piece now with no height difference. As of 6 days ago they had poured concrete one-third width-wise and length-wise from MacArthur to Bacarra Bar so should now be up to Kokomos.
Hated walking past Phillies. The lady boy to street girl ratio is nearly 3.5 to 1.

This was 110% My Experience in Angeles City. Surprisingly the non-Korean owned bars are the Worst bars to get girls. I went into the Wolf Hound /(pact) bars, the Dog /(doll) House bars, and the new Stinko /(mieko) group bars and had a 0. 0% success rate. I was invisible ignored and All the girls there wanted Korean guys only. The Korean owned bars come in three types. The best type are the ones where you walk in and within a minute a manager / supervisor / momason will come up to you point out girls tell you about the girls and help you get a girl and 80 to 90% of the girls will go with you. The Best bars for doing this are Cosplay, Skyfall, Bar Nana, SS Bar. The second type of Korean owned bars are ones that are very western where you walk in no one notices you the girls don't say anything to you and you are invisible. Viking would be this type of bar. The third type the Worst type of Korean owned bar are the ones where they DO NOT WANT a non-Korean to enter the bar. The worst bars for this are High Quality and Bad Boy daytime. I definitely was NOT wanted in those bars when I tried asking the waitress about a girl she acted as if I was a major inconvenience to her and just responded in a nasty voice and attitude "I don't know sir".
