Maybe I'm not reading it correctly, but whilst you've found cheap tickets to Bogota, you'll have to pay for BOG-GIG as well, no? I mean, does the total price difference justify the extra hassle of having a long layover in BOG and paying for a hotel, considering that you're coming back to Colombia for 3 weeks anyway?
If I was just going to Brazil, then yes it would be easier to just fly directly into Brazil. But since I am going to spend 3 weeks in Colombia also, I would save considerable amount of money (at least to me) to book my round trip ticket from LAX. BOG. The cheapest round trip ticket from LA to Sao Paulo is around $800, while from LA to Bogota is around $400. A round trip ticket from Bogota to Rio is also around $400 and vice versa. So by flying into Colombia first and stay for 3 weeks, then fly to Brazil, I save about $400. Of course, I would have to fly back into Colombia to catch my return flight back to US. But the saving to me is worth it.
What is the mansion? Is it more expensive than the other clubs there?
Don't worry about mansion.
Do you (or anyone else) have any intel on the current lineup at The Mansion? I will be staying there next week. Especially interested in A-level girls and chicas who are down for 3 some.
That place is a mess now.
Just wondering what you guys have found recently for flight prices from the US to MDE, Cali, etc. I'm planning my Winter trips and I usually find the best fares on Copa Airlines. However this year Copa is way more expensive than American and some of the other carriers.

Next is usually Spirit, $300+- out of Fla.

Both are super low cost airlines so barebones but only 3.5 hrs from Miami so bearable.
Unlike some mongers on this board I have not been lucky to pick up any Venezuelan street walkers; however, I've had a few in the casas, not as many as I did in my previous trip earlier this year but the few I've had this trip have been my best punts. I am wondering whether other mongers have had a similar experience but I have found even with my limited Spanish that the Venezuelans are much more interesting to talk to than Colombianas.
Actually, I am anxiously awaiting for things to start improving in Venezuela so that I can venture there.

I used to fly COPA exclusively from LAX to MDE thru Bogota, but started finding cheaper flights on Avianca. Since I am a poor guy who fly's business class, I tried Avianca and their planes are better for the red eye flights with seats that go completely flat versus the COPA bullshit business seats.

As I have stated in numerous posts, if you go to the Intersection of Calle 52 and Carrea 53 in El Centro you will find tons of Venezuelans in and around this location. And the good news is that there are actually some pretty and thin one's out there that I have seen within the past week. I have gotten quotes of between 25 K and 30 K from some of them, and one quoted me 30 K for one pop and 50 K for two pops. And the truth is, they will go for less than that if you want to negotiate.
A friend of mine down here pointed out some of them whom he bare-backs as well. So no need to wait for the overthrow of Maduro to partake in the Venezuelan pussy available right here in Medellin and at bargain basement prices.
If you have attempted to pick some of the Venezuelan SW's thus far and have not had any luck, it may be because your selection criteria is too high, and / or your Spanish skills are holding you back. Another words, if you found one SW you liked and had a rough time speaking with her and couldn't close the deal that would make sense versus if you spoke with five SW's and couldn't close the deal. Generally, a lot of the Venezuelans are better educated than the Colombians, and for me there Spanish is easier to understand. Some of them are very sweet, but a lot them are just to fat for me. My friend is having a field day with them, and you can too. My personal preference is for the Colombians though, but that could change very rapidly.
Hi,
Visiting Medellin for a quick first visit on September 9-13. I'm looking for some advice on how to set up contacts prior to visit on FB. I have the Tinder thing down but so many seem fake.
I am traveling solo (nervous about this) but I've been wanting to visit for a while. What are the must do's and don't do's? Does anyone have a local tour guide contact for during the day and also at night that they would mind sharing?
I'm booked at Hotel Du Parc Royal. I'm hoping that's a great spot. Any feedback?
Thank you for any advice / help.
Jumpman.
Nervous about which part?
Being in Medellin? Learn a little Spanish, don't do anything stupid, you'll be fine.
Fucking hookers? Then why you doing it LOL.
This hobby ain't worth it if it makes you more stressed, the point of this hobby is to de-stress.
That place is a mess now.
Care to elaborate? I've got reservations there later this month. What kind of mess are you talking about?
Unlike some mongers on this board I have not been lucky to pick up any Venezuelan street walkers;
Spend a weekend in Santa Marta. You will be hard pressed to find a Colombian chica there!
El Mechanico.
I'm looking for basic casino info especially related to black jack in Medellin.
I hate to make assumptions but here it goes:
US currency isn't accepted, I must convert to pesos before.
Most or all the small neighborhood casinos are slots or non card games.
Working girls are not allowed in the casino.
The casinos south of the mansion are the big 3 or 4 in Medellin, I'm planning to stay in the vicinity for a week or two.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

I've had very good luck with them. Very easy to bond, having lived once upon a time in Caracas.
My favorita now in Medellin is an 18 year old Venezolana beauty I met a short while back.
Speaking the language obviously is a huge advantage.
