Cartagena Reports

Just came back last week from Cartagena. Great place. Best bet is go to 'La Dolca Vita' nightclub---affectionately know as the Office, any time after 10 pm or better still 11. 00pm to 1. 00 am and you will have at least 50 or more Chicas to choose from. All types and all prices you can negotiate. Usually np anywhere to go with them. Price about $70 to $100/hr or so or $125 to $150 for the night..--Many taxi drivers speak English but few chicas do. So start learning if you don't know the basics. The beach is good near Hollywood beach sometimes but be careful not to go with anyone to their place let the chica come to you. Also, many vendors on the beach---they will bug you all day if you buy anything from one. Good Luck and enjoy.

taxis could not get me to Hilton : the arroyo there was not a laguito but a big lake..they said to wait and to take opposite direction,but i was amazed with it and i did it myself...i walked into it and water was above my knees.

Wet experience but I had fun entering the Hilton : i was pouring water wherever.

At LDV and Elektra I'm still paying 100k (about $45) for short time. Occasionally stretch to 150k for the very hottest or sought after girls in the club. (As we all know, the very hottest are usually not the same ones who are going to deliver you the best overall experience.)

In a nutshell, tell the girl what your plan and offer is. Make sure she knows the experience will not be problematic.

Spell out the specifics, for example: "We'll go to my apartment on this same street, drink vodka or rum or gaseosa as you like, you can smoke a joint, I want you to stay an hour and a half, after that I will personally escort you to Elektra a bit after 3am, but I will leave you there as I don't want to go in. " The more you take the unknowns out of the equation, the happier she'll be to agree to a basic price.

I was in LDV last night and had a nice conversation with a woman from Cali (how do you call them, I know it´s not Calientes, though that would seem logical and would be funny). I offered 100K and she said fine. I told her no problem to burn a J in my place, which she did. Nice experience. She stayed a couple hours before heading off to Electra. I´ll probably take her to the islands tomorrow.

First woman I talked to named Dana, I asked how much. She said 200K for a short time and then asked a little later how much I wanted to pay. I said 100K. It was really more of a general answer and I think if she had said OK, I probably would have said ´I want to pay 100, but not for you´. The woman from Cali was prettier anyway.

Anyone have information on the ST hotels listed in World Travellers list?

Specifically prices, locations and if they have jacuzzis.

He definitely must have been smoking something, or old age is taking its toll on him. Also thanks Vic Pics for the pm echoing my sentiments on Santa Marta/Rodadero.

Try the restaurant across the street. It is a little pricey but you get the ocean view and no stomach problems.
