I recently visited Budapest for a couple of days on business. I find Hungarian women very pleasant: friendly and fun in and out of bed. However, I found Budapest a sub-par mongering scene for the casual visitor. The two main reasons seem to be the lack of large-scale organized venues for prostitution, and the generally weak knowledge of English. If you do not speak a language / do not know the rules of the scene / do not know many unwritten laws that are crucial to be successful in mongering, than your chances of scoring & being satisfied are not high.
