I actually don't mind them if they are nicely done. I am no expert on cosmetic surgery, but I've found that if the girls have the smaller ones that are done through an incision under the armpit, that they can be quite nice and feel good to the touch too.
I am no fan of the big hard basketball feeling ones. These are definitely a turn off for me. Maybe this is a cheaper option that a lot of girls go for?
Agree, if it is a good job I quite like them. The teardrop implants look natural and feel great. A great help to so many Thai gals who are ferociously under-titted.

Terminal 21 Mall which is was also to a good modern standard in terms of facilities and service. This is probably the best mall in Bangkok.
I believe this is the second time you have made a reference to the Mall at Terminal 21 as the best mall in Bangkok. While I agree with your first statement about the mall I disagree with it being the best in Bangkok. Even with my limited knowledge of Bangkok I think the mall at Siam is a much better and larger mall than Terminal 21.

The stores in Terminal 21 are smaller and they don't carry the Hi so brands. It is the best mall I know of, anywhere, for eating, if you're not looking for a fancy meal.
Been going to oilies for about 8 years running now. Pay the house oily fee plus the 1500 baht to the cashier as I walk out. Never tip a baht, except to the gal who bring my water to whom I give 20. Always get fantastic service from gals.
I agree with Goatscrot 100%. The only tips I ever give are to the girls that clean my hotel room. They work their asses off all day for a lot less than the 1500 that an oily girl gets for less than 2 hours of work.

In my recent visit to Bangkok I saw a city of contrasts. The hotel that I stayed in was to a good modern standard in terms of facilities and service. Adjacent and connected to the hotel was Terminal 21 Mall which is was also to a good modern standard in terms of facilities and service. This is probably the best mall in Bangkok. These business make their offering in accordance with modern and relevant business models and in accordance with what their customers demand. I came to think of the hotel as an oasis. In contrast, and on the opposite side of the road, the businesses in Soi Cowboy make their offering in a dilapidated run down area in accordance with a business model which has not been updated since the time of the Vietnam war. Businesses have to adapt according to what their customers demand to survive.
What business model would you suggest? In my opinion it is the variety that gives Bangkok the appeal. Soi Cowboy is still relatively popular. You still have the options to only watch if you like, engange in playfull conversations with the girls. Leave, or just pick one for barfine if you like. I think it is a great concept. What would we gain if it disappeared? The main problem with Soi Cowboy is probably the fact that several bars are now taken over by the same owner (refered to as the Iranian guy). And these bars are the worst. I do not mind professional bar multi-owners if they run a good show (like the "Happy" Group in Patttaya) but this guy is obviously not in their league. Reconstruction of the area would probably only hike the prices. Keep it as it is, but secure a diversity of owners (if possible) and focus on eye candy. And we will all be happy.

But anyway, I guess you don't tip BJ girls either?

Meals start at 25 B although those are not the best ones. But if you try out some different stalls you'll find the best ones eventually and you can have a good meal for about 50 B. Most of us will need 2 meals though because the portions are quite small.

If it was a good update is a different story since most coyote bars in Soi Cowboy don't seem to attract a lot of customers. But in Pattaya there are some succesful coyote bars like for example Sensations.
They might not be what customers have asked for. But in economy sometimes the supply triggers the demand.
The other mall not yet mentioned is Emporium, which is also on Suk and several Soi blokcs from Terminal 21. I don't really care for the high end stores there, however, the food court and adjacent bakeries on the 4th floor are quite good. On the 5th floor is arguably the best movie venue in Bangok and also the most expensive. The theaters do have first class sections and very comfortable seating throughout. This week several recent Hollywood releases will open including Unbroken and Birdman.
On the same floor is an interesting Internet library and cafe overlooking the park and the CBD.
To stick to the our normal subject at hand. Yesterday, at the Emporium, I saw an amazing looking girl, probably Japanese, wearing a short Cinderalla type dress with pink and white rectangles and lace fringes around the neck and arms. To top it off, she was wearing mid thigh high white hosiery with black shoes. I followed her for a bit but she disappeared into the BTS headed towards the Bearing track. She had that anime type page boy haircut and was the embodiment of a living doll.
I noticed even some Thais in the mall were amused by her get up. I was told later that this mall attracts some spectacular looking women.

Emporium also offers quick access to Mango, although the renovations are creating a maze and the direct access through the Emporium Dept store cosmetics area is closed. (I've have avoided post-session starvation by going to the food court Tomasb mentions.) Also 2 minutes from Snow White.
I'll second the opinion of the movie theater, too. A couple of years ago, I saw "John Carter of Mars", which was a spectacularly BAD movie (especially disappointing given that I had read the multiple book series during my youth--about a 1,000 years ago.) I was accompanied by my Indonesian g. F. , however, and had a spectacularly good two hours under wraps in the first class seats (whatever they're called). Enjoy. TTG.

Walking from the Ploen Chit station (sp)? in the direction of Siam, it is just past Wireless Street and on the right hand side.
It is a luxury mall, but has a really good, albeit not so large, food court in the basement. And also some higher end restaurants on one of the top floors.
My post referred to a BJ Bar, not an oily. But anyway, I guess you don't tip BJ girls either?
Blowjob bar girls know what the job is and they make very good money by Thai standards to do it.

Most are really hurting. But hey, expensive drinks and expensive girls who don't perform that well, want to rush, and don't have great attitudes will not keep the locals coming back. And hey, what kept Cowboy going was always locals.
