2. Ask Bird to submit ID at hotel and check-in together. You can mention. Kind of hotel policy.

4. Insist on giving cash once deed is done.

Nice woman, more than looks, she was very cooperative and trusting, that's for sure, maybe I got lucky. None of the red flags, she met all points without any issues.
