I know you'd have to have some experience in The Phils to take this approach, but it works.

As for AC, I've met loads of guys more recently where the place definitely serves its purpose. Sure, it might not be what it used to be, but hey, as long as you have a good time, who cares?

As for hotels, Wild Orchid has worked for me. It's old but hanging in there with great pools, food and staff.

IF AC is your thing and it works for you, go for it.

And like yourself, I have heard much discussion about how it is in decline. I am not surprised. Actually, I think that punting around the world is in decline. A lot of it is that I just want to experience the place. I will be sure to keep my expectations in check.

Over my punting career so far, I am happy to say that I have been to most of the major international destinations. Pattaya. Soi Cowboy. Geylang. Medellin Mansion. Terma 4 x4. The Hong Kong. FKK Oase. Globe. Vecinitas. Black. Hotel Del Rey. Havana Club. Campo Alegre. Blackbeards. Even some relatively smaller gems, like Carolina's, Pachi's, and The Cocal. And my personal sentimental favorite -- Oxygen.

But the one I always regret missing was Help. That place closed just before I started into the hobby, and all I heard was stories about it ever since. I missed that one. Even if Angeles is a shadow of its former self, I don't want to miss it.

Other than AC, the only other place left on the bucket list is Scandallo.

FKK at $40/ fuck full GFE with girls from all over Europe, AC as low as 500 P / ST or 1000 P all night and you had to kick them out. Thailand where 500 B would get a sweet young 18 yo with BBFS and non pros that would stay 3 days for less than 100 $ and make all your fantasies come true. Termas where anal was standard for 50 bucks or so a pop and even Singapore where hot Viets from Ipanema would come all night for $100 or so. Even Japan and Korea were accessible for reasonable cost fucks. The only place I regret not finding earlier was Jakarta. I only discovered that recently.

I've just used a different approach, as the lady drinks and barfines are ridiculous.

Time for the customers to call the shots was my approach. And it works.

I find ABC that awkward distance from Walking Street: too far for a quick walk and too close to tolerate sitting in traffic / trikes.

The enclosed car was far more comfortable than rattling around in a trike amongst all the noise and pollution. The money was inconsequential. The "free" car cost the same when a tip was left for the driver.

Speaking of Jakarta, have you ever tried a place called Illegals? I did a few days in Jakarta in 2017. What I remember was that it had all these great fantasy rooms that you could use for free. I would have sampled if I had found any of the ladies appealing, which I didn't. But I was always curious about its potential. I had never seen a place with fantasy rooms before.

In the days after I left, I regretted not using the "business office" fantasy room. I would have gotten a kick out of "harassing a secretary!

Then I went to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and visited Help a club with girls hotter than what I used to see in the discos and was guaranteed to leave with a hottie at my side. Good times.

Is there scene like in AC where you take the girls to the hotel? Or you're confined in to the brothel's compound?

On the other hand I wouldn't do that in manila, I saw a guy dragged out of a car at a red light late at night with a huge kitchen knife pressed against his ribcage.

It seems that tonight there is some sort of biker's night out, guys from different clubs are roaming around walking street and the surroundings. I talked to few of them, pretty cool guys, here for mostly the same reasons like the rest of us.

The differences with AC is that the girls are generally freelancers and the bars / clubs / discos are scattered all over town vs one Walking Street type arrangement where they are door to door. Like AC, you will struggle to find a hotel that isn't girl friendly and happy to accept guests.

Blok M still technically exists but it's a shadow of its former self and not really worth visiting.

I guess another difference would be that many of the top bars are within, and operated by, the 5 star hotels vs the stand alone establishments that you see in the Philippines. Think Aqua bar in ABC.

Of course, this is on top of all the incall clubs and bordellos.

Definitely worth comparison shopping if you don't mind the traffic, pollution and general craziness that is Jakarta.
