Where do you expect to find Blonds in a Latin country? Granted Brazil and Argentina have had more than its share of European settlers, but their simply aren't than many "natural" blonds, several "bottle" however.

Dubai is nice but really expensive: $250-3?? for the night(2-4hrs) from the nice hotels. No short-term action is really avail. Many girls also won't go with you unless you are staying in a 4-5 star hotel. I stayed in a $100 a night joint on K-Port road (maybe it was called the K-port inn) and some girls all voiced initial opposition to going back with me.

I've never been to BA and would love to go. Good luck. You won't go wrong with any of these locales.
