Not being an FKK regular this is more of a general comment on keeping time.

IMO much depends upon where (which kind of establishment) you are visiting. For the FKK girls I am sure it is a question of volume. Especially if you are obviously a tourist, or at least an infrequent visitor, it may be tempting for them to try to get an extra paid half hour from the customer. So I would say it is at least partly the customer's responsibility to keep a check on time to avoid hassles and extra surprise charges. You may not want that responsibility but there it is.

In other types of establishments (bordellos) it depends upon the quality of the place and really how much you pay for the session. The lower places, the girls will let you know the time, usually well before it is actually over...

Middle places (e.g.Müller II) the Hausmutti will give the door a knock at the half hour. When this has happened to me (infrequently) the girl has never had a problem with me taking a few more minutes to finish.

The higher, more expensive establishment (e.g. KD) I have never had a problem with time. If all is going well I have had as much as 15 minutes extended on the half hour at no extra charge, though usually this time is spent talking and cuddling after a session.
