You can click the box to appear offline and they will not see your profile. The ladies you send messages to will be the only ones who see your profile. This is the way I've used Thaifriendly for the past 5 years. I never want to receive a message from a lady that I didn't message first. I have no unread messages in my inbox because it's easy to manage. I know guys who have hundreds of unread messages in their in box mostly from ladies they have no interest in.

There you can select an age range under 'Only show my profile to people who match my age range'.

Buying sex from TF is not impossible in Bangkok, but it can be a real PITA compared to Pattaya for example.
