Omega is a five to ten minute walk down to near the end of Kentish Town Road. It's on the opposite side of the road from the station. There's a yellow sign outside and a side entrance.

Once read somewhere that it was owned by the Chinese mafia but not sure that's relevant really.

Hi My question is directed to members like Brendan Gooch and others who are experts on the scene in England. Although I regularly visit England from the US,I was just curious on how to pick up normal girls in London.I have had luck in other cities but never in London.I think part of the problem is that I dont know where to look.Someone told me about a nightclub called Aquarium where the girls are supposed to be hot and easy.Can anyone confirm? London is not easy. English girls are short and unfriendly! There is a shortage of women as it is a very male dominated city, and this makes it harder than other towns. Tiger Tiger, a big disco,bar,nightclub,restaurant on Haymarket is not as good as it used to be. It used to be one of the few places that were 50/50 but not on Saturday. Mezzo, in Wardour street used to be good but is becoming tired. If anyone can recomend any good pick up bars I would be grateful! Stockholm is better, and Tallinn, Estonia is good as well (if you like Swedish girls with anerexia!)

Thanks for your input.I think you are right.Ouside of London its very easy but in London its quite hard.However I am also goingto Sweden as well when I come to England this October.So where do u recommend I go to when in Stockholm Thanks to Goldfinger and all who contributed to the report

However on weekends these are overcrowded and in the best ones you may need to look like a million bucks or know somebody even just to get past the bouncer/doorman. That can be pretty annoying

Despite some of the drawbacks of the Stureplan area, the girls are young (teens, early 20's) , pretty drunk and pretty friendly. If you do meet women older than that they will be easier - because most of the Swedish guys (even in their 30's) pretty much aren't interested in anything other than really young blondes!

For a more laid-back scene, I enjoyed better the area of town called ''Soder" or "Sodermalm". That area is originally a working class area now taken over by more younger people. It has a lot of bars which are fun, and more laid back than Stureplan - less of the scene-sters and more real people. Its pretty easy to meet girls there and maybe a wider age range.
