Not a good idea. However in my experience, the best time of day and location which I call "ground zero" is the intersection of Carrea 52 and Calle 52 at around 4 PM in the afternoon. This location is adjacent to the Museum and well marked with a street sign. Within a five hundred to one thousand foot radius there will easily be a couple of hundred available women. And mostly Venezuelans at this location, whereas along the Veracruz Church and the back street mostly Colombians.
I left Poblado today from Calle 10 and the Poblado Metro Station at 6:30 AM and arrived at the Airport terminal at 7:00 AM. Only thirty minutes and there are actually two tunnels. The first one is about a kilometer long above Tesoro and after exiting you you drive a few miles on a long bridge constructed on the side of a mountain. You then come up to the toll booths and then enter the next tunnel which is 8 kilometers long and supposedly the longest in South America. The tunnel is open between the hours of 4:30 AM and 9:00 PM, so if you have flight departing after or before these hours plan accordingly. The route is so much nicer not having to wind around the side of the hills and dealing with so much traffic and very quick.
