Sosua Reports

I'm back in Sosua after a long vacation abroad Most of my info has been gathered through friends, various sites, YT etc. Since I've been back, I've noticed that some chicas patrol the streets around the new designated areas (close to where I live). I was coming home 2 days ago early afternoon, driving, and several chicas everybody should be familiar with were walking around looking for clients a few blocks from Ahnvee. I guess if they can't walk freely downtown, the designated area is where to expect to see them during the day. (and of course the beach).

I'm trying to wrap my head around the idea that I'm going to be seeing a lot of zombie looking, hardcore / aggressive hoes walking around my area. The kind that you really don't want them to know where you live or stay.

Since everything is going to be so close to home, if I choose to, I could go to Ahnvee or High Caribbean to check out the scene. But I haven't been into the club scene downtown, why start now? For the most part, I'll just resume dealing with my regulars.

Another observation. Many of the chicas that are new to me are bigger / fatter. Huge asses. Big bodies, tits. Some from getting fat, and others from surgery. I could be wrong, but I get the impression that the bigger / fatter chicks may be a little easier to negotiate with, whereas the real nice shapely chicks will demand more and won't budge. The latter won't be walking the streets, but will be inside Ahnvee, HC, , bars and casinos. Lets see how long that lasts before they realize they need our resources more than we need their individual juice boxes.

Even on the beach, most of the chicks passing by were big as shit. Many of the halfway decent looking chicks (that have been around awhile) have put on a ton of weight too. But they are still out there trying to hustle and asking for too much initially. I look forward to reading reports / insights from the guys that actually go to the clubs / casinos. Their intel on the current p4 p action in the new areas should be interesting / helpful.

During my trips I always stayed on that end, not far from ahnvee, which had been closed for all the years I've been coming, 2012. I liked it because I could get a break from the strip when I wanted too. So like you I'm not pleased that the strollers will be so close. I'll be back soon so we shall see!

Like you I have a nice WhatsApp team, and their even more grateful now to be on the team. I don't expect the street chicas to catch on too soon, they arent that type. Anyway enjoy and be safe bruh. Se ya soon!

Things will even out. The hardcore girls will find places to prey on low hanging fruit. I remember Passions and CMB closing there was much crying and nashing of teeth but we kept it moving. The girls need our money and we want the booty. The bars and clubs want their cut. This rearrangement god be a very good thing for everyone.

I mean I can see the Santiago Party girls returning to the clubs once the police arrests of any Dominican or Haitian Cease. But playing the devils advocate; it's not hard to see the direction they're going in. The current reports only reinforce the Rezoning predicament and the state of the Sue. Se ya soon![/QUOTE]Thanks Ace! Me and my partner went to High Caribbean yesterday afternoon to check it out. They have an outside sports bar connected to the club. Interesting setup. A good place for chicas to go to get off the street, and score potential clients. We met one of the guys that works there. I believe he may be part owner. Definitely running things. The bar opens at 2 pm. Chicas are allowed to come in and park. As an incentive the chicas are given a free drink (or drinks?).

There were at least 12 to 20 chicas that came through while we were there. Some cute ones that I haven't seen (since I've been away several months). A few hippos. And a few vets that have been in Sosua for a few years now. Waitresses were cute, very attentive and friendly. There was a handful of male staff there. DJ, security, handy men etc. The manager / owner guy said the concept, is that all are welcome. I asked him if they were connected to Sosua Lights, he said yes. IMO all of the chicas I saw that passed through were Dominicans.

I'm guessing when the club opens up at 11 pm you'll see more Haitian chicas, followed by some of the same customers that were regulars at Sosua Lights, mixed with everybody else that comes to check it out. In the bar area, they had a small menu of food. Quick stuff, like chicken wings, burgers etc.

I was thinking. This may turn out to be workable, having most of the p4 p moving east within Sosua. One thing I don't think will be coming back, is the old school mentality of chicas that so many guys enjoyed. Back in the day. Decent service was about 65%. Less bait and switch. Not having a smart phone, meant less distractions from their clients. TLN's, were expected more. Many chicas wanted to stay the night even if they werent getting paid more. Happy Hours were attempted more,. Price structure was stable. Less hair weave, less butt work, more well dressed chicas late night.

So we have the designated areas setting up to handle the p4 p scene. But unfortunately we are still working with a whole different type of mentality in sex workers. We will have the venues, we will have the demand, but the supply of quality chicas though is still on the decline. Enough chicas are on the fence on whether or not Sosua is still where they should be. Others may make out on social media. Enough do both. FWIW, I sense a lot of guys will and have moved on. They are turned off or afraid of wasting their time and money. For the undesirable clowns that choose not to come to Sosua any more, that's a blessing.

Guys can and will find decent chicas to hire. It may be a challenge doing so.

I had a Sosua vet over last night. While she was with me, her phone was signaling an incoming message. She jumped to go get it. I said to her. You see that is one of the reasons many of you women blow the chance of repeat clients. You muggs always on your phonee. Can't put the phone down for one hour while you have a client. As soon as the mans back is turned, out pops the phone. 1st thing she did was what a local would do. Lie and make excuses for why she had to check her phone. I was only telling her because I have known her ever since she started in Sosua. Plus she gained a ton of weight. I think she is only 27 now. Her window of opportunity is slowly closing. Whatever I said was like, oh well. Checking for missed clients is more important nowadays. Reminds me of how some businesses operate. Sometimes you get better service if you call in, than actually being there in person. This is the generation and mentality that prevails these days.

I always liked the venue at high Carib. The place is very attractive but the solid Dominican girls do not like rubbing shoulders with the Haitian hotties. However the thing that excites me is having a spot for the early afternoon action. Once Rumbas was shut down the girls had nowhere to post up early. There have always been girls who do not like working at night. I am still looking for the silver lining in all the changes.

"From the Cluster organization we support the measures suggested and implemented by the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic, the Pro-Active Committee of Sosúa, the Economic and Social Council of this municipality, integrated by the City Council, Ministry of Tourism (Mitur), the Council of Councilors, businessmen, representatives of churches, civil society, military organizations, the National Police, the Specialized Tourist Security Corps (Cestur) and the Puerto Plata Air Base, understanding that they seek to recover the pride and dignity of this community—one that has all the necessary elements to enhance its harmonious cultural, historical and family profile," adds the agency in a statement.

"We understand that the actions carried out by the competent authorities, under the strictest adherence to the Constitution and laws, while representing an important step towards the eradication of this scourge that has tarnished the good image of Sosúa, without a doubt come to reinforce the will and struggle of men and women who, with honest work, forge a better future for this destination," the group asserts.

"We reaffirm our institutional support and trust that the efforts that are now being carried out will be continuous and sustainable over time until this unique paradise on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic is rescued," concludes the CTDPP authorities.

In that same order, the main associations of Sosúa have shown their support for the actions that will be implemented to control prostitution in the multi-faceted tourist destination of the North.

This is the Sustainable Development Association of Sosúa (ADSS) and the Association of Hotels and Restaurants of Sosúa and Cabarete (Ashoresoca), who have expressed their support for the actions recently initiated by the authorities to control the disorder in the main streets of the Batey de Sosúa sector.

Being one of the main family tourist destinations in the country, in recent years Sosúa has become a sex tourism destination, due to the uncontrolled growth of prostitution in the center of this attractive municipality on the north coast of the country. This situation has alienated family tourism, both national and foreign, causing the closure of numerous hotels and restaurants, with the resulting unemployment and decline in the area, the statement said.

It is notable that, as part of the process of settlement and ordination of the municipality, last week the Attorney General's Office, assisted by members of the National Police and the Cestur, ordered the closure of several bars on Pedro Clisante street in the sector of El Batey, in Sosúa, applying the resolution of land use issued by the Chapter Hall of the City Council.

The measures have deserved the approval of the great majority of the population, as well as of the companies grouped in the ADSS and ASHORESOCA, main motivators of positive actions for the improvement of the municipality of Sosúa, as well as the different sectors that make up the Economic Council and Social of the Municipality of Sosúa (CESMS).

When I was there (High Caribbean) it was Friday afternoon around 530 pm. The chicas that were there, and came later, appeared to be inspecting the scene for client potential. There were only about 7-10 guys there who were also there inspecting the scene, all of us older cats. Can I say conservative mongers? LOL Everything is all new to everybody stopping by.

All the guys were just chilling. The only interaction I recall is one customer dancing with one of the waitresses. Me talking to another. Except for the free drinks, the chicas looked bored. Eventually, they all moved on. My take. These days, enough chicas have built a rep of being flaky and untrustworthy. Plus enough guys don't want to be blowing money paying for drinks and food for chicas when it aint necessary or appreciated. The free drinks that Hc was giving out, the chicas didnt appear to appreciate that. Their attitude seemed like, "shit if you giving it away, sure I'll drink it"

So many guys arent going out their way to be sociable unless they are interested in hooking up or just enjoying the flirt. Don't want to be hasty and another chick or more interesting opportunity pops up. My buddy and I were just looking. Other guys were paired up with their buddies just talking. Chicas saw no action and eventually bounced. Of the chicks that did look interesting, they were with their crew but not making much eye contact the way chicas usually do. So it was kinda a bust for everybody. Waitresses were more interesting. But then they are hoping to get you to spend more money there.

I wish I could report on the club action later that night and tonight.

Tonight about 830 pm (Saturday) just happened to be out on my scooter in the Ahnvee area, and I see traffic is getting heavy. Couple of cars passed with chicas in it, motos moving people back and forth. Chicas mostly. Chicas patrolling the area on foot. I'm standing at the bar on the corner from Ahnvee. A trio of chicas walked past me and 3 other guys I know. Stopped to chat. 2 were cute. But the routine is, these muggs want US dollars for an hours time. And what kind of performance they putting out, who knows? I wasnt interested I had another old regular about 2 hrs earlier from PP. I guess it was too early for chicas to be piling into Ahnvee when there werent many guys in there to hustle.

I thought I was done for the night. About 5 this morning I get a message from another off and on regular. She frequents the club in Playa Chiquita. I let her come over. She pulls up on a moto with another chica. Moto driver must have been hungry. He stayed to finish his food while the other chica was sitting on the bike drinking a beverage. She was cute too. I shcould have got her digits for later. Here in Sosua, you don't always have to have a game plan or hunt down chicas Sometimes opportunities can fall in your lap. Letting the game come to you, instead of always trying to make something happen. Thirst can work for you, but it can also work against you. Indifference to outcome can work in your favor more often than not. Of course with limited time to work with, that can work against a guy on vacation.

So my club chica is fast asleep now after a quick session. Late 30's, always a good time. I like the fact that she's from the old school that got dressed up to go to Rumba, Dee Latin and Clasico. Still got the slim shapely figure. No attitude, no drama. No ridiculous expectations. No begging. She is one of the few chicas that do not call or text much. Most of my other regulars always stayed in touch angling to come by and earn some bread (enough have moved on since I took a long vacation from Sosua). Tonight was just her putting the cherry on top of a Saturday night. Weve hooked up in the wee hours before. Sometimes that's when I want some juice the most. As usual, we both get what we want.

There may not be many things to do in Sosua, but if you only visit over three or for day trips, it's adequate for the trip, especially in the US is cold in the winter. Several days of 80 degree weather on the beach offer an escape, as do the women. I go for the weather and women, not the drama associated with many sex tourists who act like a few pesos makes them instant royalty.

They are so used to getting paid by us gringos they're not even asking for pesos. What season vet makes it a habit of paying in US dollars?

I'm usually in town for at least 10 days, and I get all my action away from the clubs. I usually chill and sleep off jet lag my first night, then the next day I'm early at the beach or walking around town for semi-pros. I have my ole reliables who only do call out service. There are some nice girls who have regular jobs in Sosua, or even POP, who will keep me company. But the police and politicians will never stop me from going to Sosua. In fact, I hope the fools close all the bars to let Sosua be a ghost town.

The mayor of Sosua is behaving like Marie Antoinette! Her cake is the dream that Sosua will be a family Disneyland instead of the DisneyLand that attract men and women to Sosua that has ben paying the taxes to allow the pueblo to have the semblance of a town. Look at the second photo. Sosua can't even adequately collect its trash, causing health concerns. Also, Sosua has children stand in front of the bars on PC every night when they should be safe at home, yet the police and politicians are not concerned about that. So as the first photo depicts what Sosua looks like, it also says Pranitium Bar location will be a fashion store! What? For Who? LOL! The girls all shop in Puerto Plata where clothes are inexpensive, and they buy from the Haitian girls! Tourists will not come to a beach town for fashion, if they come at all!

Sunday's pool party at Ahmvee was in high gear last weekend!

At least 50 chicas in tiny bikinis twerking their stuff around the pool! Reminiscent of the good old days!

The place was packed with guys who had no trouble locating the new party central!

My local bars are now on the monger radar, too! Cops have laid back, too!
