I have lived in Medellin for some time and should have posted this a while ago but better late than never.
Last Friday I went to two strip bars Barra Ejecutiva and Luna Lunera. Barra Ejecutiva is in el centro and is pretty cheap compared to clubs like fase dos. You don't pay to get in and half a bottle of rum is 80 k, not sure how much other drinks are but a small beer (called a costenita, just google it for an idea of what it looks like) and a double baileys are 15 k and 25 k when you buy them for the chicas. By comparison fase dos is 20 k to enter and 25 k for a beer for you and bottles start at around 150 k. Girls will come and talk to you in Barra Ejecutiva if you have a bottle and you can talk to a few and enjoy the girls dancing on the catwalk. Last year it was 80 k to go upstairs for half an hour but this seems to have increased to 90 k minimum with a couple of girls asking 100 k to 120 k. Home now after my cherry four-day trip to Medellin.
