The Irish bar has a great band. I could go on. I won't. I just prefer it. If I'm in BKK for say 7 nights I'll do 2 only at Skyview on Suk 24 for the Alley / massage / soapies. I might still venture to Nana or Cowboy for a walk around but for me it is akin to Walking St in Pattaya. But for sure she was conveying the attitude of the place toward Real Sex / BBFSCIP, at least from the mamasan down, in that she or her girls equate such a thing with everyone dying of HIV / AIDS. Uh, OK.

Either way, it was enough for me to get the message that my chance of achieving anything like BBFSCIP or BBBJCIM in that place with that mamasan's girls was probably 1 in 1,000. And there might never have been as many as 1,000 girls working on the entire Thaniya Road over the past 10 years.

Moreover, as of this writing I have not read or heard any personal report or testimonial from any other punter on the planet that would contradict that conclusion.

As far as any Field Reports I have ever read here or elsewhere goes those Thaniya Road KTVs are where you pay thousands of baht to sing karaoke to ladies and hear ladies sing karaoke to you, maybe while holding your hand, at that's about it.

Visited the [URL]https://pribta-tangerine.com/[/URL] clinic again recently for a combination of buying a new supply of hiv prep and a std-test. Unfortunately had to do pay a bit extra to include the hiv test, as it seems they have some rule that you need to do hiv test before you can buy hiv prep there, even though the doctor you have to consult with mentioned herself that it wasn't very necessary since I was using prep and had done the hiv-test there previously.

Even then, if you buy three boxes of hiv prep the total comes out as almost the same price as buying the prep at a normal pharmacy, but you get a basic std test (hiv + chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea) included, as they sell the hiv prep for 600 baht per 30 tablet box, while pharmacy sold it for around 900 last time I bought it there. Also kidney function test, due to reports that a very limited number of people get problems there from the hiv prep.

Found an interesting fact that this offers protection only after developing resistance which takes 7-21 days from 1st dosage and when taken regularly. I didn't know this, don't think many are aware of this.

If you are the insertive partner (using your penis, in either vaginal or anal sex), then daily PrEP builds protection by 7 days. For women, it takes longer for developing protection, around 21 days of daily usage.

Does anyone take such medicine regularly, and did you have any side effects. Let us know please.

Doctors now mention on demand where you take two tablets 2 hours before sex and one in the morning. Although they say it has not been heavily tested but the idea is you saturate your system with 2 tablets.

Never noticed any affect taking it and I only use it on holidays in Thailand.

PEP on the other hand was a nightmare literally for me about 6 years ago but perhaps the drugs have improved since then.

Red Cross and 2. A private business on the main floor of the Trendy Building on Sukhumvit Soi 13. Most of my mid-trip testings have been in less popular punting places such as Samui, Hua Hin, Patong, AoNang, and Chiang Mai. I typically find those places using Google Maps "STD Testing Near Me". Most locations have a test location within walking distance of my hotel. Typically they have multiple test options. My last mid trip test I talked to the attending doctor and he recommended the bacterial test group, which involved waiting 48 hours before the test results were provided online. These test locations have been 100% professional and judgement free. I dont remember prices, but they are not cheap. Perhaps 5000 baht including doctor consultation and testing. Treatment is often available on site at a modest upcharge.

I get more complete tests at home shortly before travel and then again a month or two after travel.
