A few of my other buddies wanted to have a party type of stuff and we went hunting in Sosua on day 4. It pays to have a good driver that knows where to go for sure and that can run errands. Literally within few minutes we were able to get a chica that was from Santiago (and working) somewhere near Bologna (Italian restaurant) and within the next hour we had 6 chicas in our van (including 2 Venezuelan). We got them to the villa, ordered food and got them on the pool and these chicas know how to have fun. It was great to see all of the naked butts and boobs in the pool having fun and getting wasted. We had a great time that night and we sent them home next day afternoon with USD 150 each (not at all a bad investment) and told them we will get them back a day later (which we did). The Skybox will resume operations after the holiday.

Have some spare time the week before superbowl, trying to decide if I should make my way back, it's been almost 2 years since my last visit, been too busy with Cuba.

Reading too many mixed reviews on what's going on out there. But feeling hopeful, because its the week leading up to superbowl.

What's going on in town at night, is there a variety of chicas walking back and forth like usual? Are the Hatians still out there?

Right now, nobody knows what Super Bowl week may be like this season. However, if SB week is anything like the weeks before Christmas, SB week should bring several hundred chicas to Sosua. Even many that rarely come or never have come before. The key is, they will need places where they can post up. The beach during the day is perfect for making hookups. As for the night life, the 2 discos on the east and west of town already are set up as meeting places. Meeting places are necessary because chicas that look like they are on the hustle are not allowed to walk around town freely with zero hassle.

Right now the most popular meeting place in the evening, is at the Ahnvee Resort Hotel (which is about a 1/4 mile from the closed businesses downtown ). They have a large open area for sitting or standing, a pool, a bar and the Bourbon Street restaurant. As you walk towards the rear of the property there is another bar, another pool, and the Skybox disco. The Skybox disco is upstairs over this bar.

For anyone, they need to keep abreast of the status of Ahnvee because if they are forced to close the property / Skybox to non guests of the resort / hotel, or they invoke some type of counter measure against chicas coming and going there, that could be a game changer for many folks. But if they are still operating as they are now by SB week, they will provide a great meeting place venue for all. And of course the other discos next to the 2 casinos will be extra options. Also keep abreast of what's going on with Dave who operated Sosua Lights and now High Caribbean. In the Red Light district Dave is building an entertainment complex right across from the Cestur jailhouse. If they can complete something before February whatever he's built there should be more options for all as a place to hang out.

Guys coming from wherever will be taking a chance until we know the fate of Sosuas day and nightlife. Some will be happy, some will have regrets. Expats and the daring that visit often will see how everything plays out over time. Don't forget. You can still visit Sosua and utilize social media to find talent. Personally, most of my connects are regulars. I don't need any of the venues. But it's nice to know they are there when you want them.

Next, tear your money up into confetti and throw it into the wind. I was down in early November before they closed things up. I am going back in a week or so. The first few times in Sosua I was a kid in a candy store but now I go mostly to hang with friends and drink. I might hit 3 or 4 and prolly 2 times will be with an old regular- will they still wander into the seabreeze from time to time or am I going to hafta trek all the way down to Ahnvee. I'm old man. I just want to score one in the early afternoon and then proceed about my day. Is there any up and coming internet action in Sosua to find chicas.

Then you can make your own assessment / judgement on what adjustments are needed, if any? Keep in mind, a lot of chicas (including regulars) may still be with their families during the Christmas & New Years season. When you were there in November, you saw them at their hungriest and on the hustle because it was before the holiday season. Don't you worry. Sosua always has a skeleton crew of chicas on duty for dudes anxious to get back to Sosua. The closer you get to Super Bowl week, the more chicas you'll see slowly creeping back. This is where guys young and old and in between need to hold the line.

From my understanding, are the options Ahnvee, the casino and pipelining if I was looking to fuck? My first time there I stayed at Hotel Europa and walked everywhere and it was a pleasant enough point and fuck experience. Should I look at staying at Ahnvee if I prefer not having to pay for a motoconcho or taxi? I also tried pipelining via Dominican Cupid and tagged but they all wound up ghosting or being catfish. How do you vets pipeline so well?

This latest shake up, or rather "shake down" should settle down after the February election.

It's all about that dinero that is no longer pouring in to Sosua, and who needs it more.

Che Montreal is opening up again on the main corner, and the old Rumba is starting to show signs of life! Doesn't make sense to close up all the prime real estate on the Main Street of Sosua, after they've spent so much money improving it with sidewalks, trees and lights.
