Throughout all cultures, regardless of the country or continent, you encounter more uneducated, skanky, bitchy women with no intellectual curiosity at the lower price levels. And I guess in fairness, a provider has less incentive to try to work through a language barrier if she is going to earn 50 euros for a session instead of 150 euros. One other thought (it was too late to edit my last post).
