Reminds me of what's going on in the bar Sensation's (yes there is an apostrophe for god knows what reason). There are some cute girls here but directly in view of the stage there is a giant screen showing a worldwide model bikini / tape runway show and you end up just watching that. Does the girls on stage quite a disservice. I did see two girls at Mega last night that could have been on that runway. In a booth surrounded by dudes unfortunately.

A 9 is someone who is 'only' in the prettiest 10% of the population. That implies that the average room of people would always have several models present.
In terms of actual models and their ratings, there have been 40 Victoria Secret Angels out of a population of 4 billion women so each is a 9. 99999999.

I find the typical blonde haired fake boobed tits on a stick model in the magazines quite repulsive and would rate her a 5 or less. I prefer the natural GND look with natural pretty skin, features and body. So the whole rating system per se is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. If she floats your boat, then its a 10 for you, who cares what others think?

It is the same as DeBeers saying come buy these spectacular diamonds as if they are really rare. They were advertised to make them worth something. Before that, they were just regular rocks in the ground.
Models are made, not born. Take Marilyn Monroe for instance. She spent a childhood in and out of orphanges and was anybody's Regular Joan working in some corner of a factory before a random photographer pulled up and said I think I can make something of this chick. Nobody was drooling over her before the advertising and forced glamor.
There have only been 40 of those chicks for the perception that something is rare and exclusive. As you said it is a job. There have not been many astronauts either. That is not because a bunch of people can not qualify to be one, but because there are only so many slots for them.

Add in the 'it' factor and charisma that makes heads turn when ever she walks into a room.
I don't put any girls on a pedestal but those like Alessandria Ambrosio aren't average girls with a good makeup artist and a hype machine.
The same could be said for other extreme occupations. It's ridiculous to suggest that after a few night classes I could become an astronaut. I severely doubt I would pass the intelligence, physical and stress tests even on my best day. I wouldn't even want a job with so many down sides, even if I could, anyway.

I've been here since November 22nd and have been on walking street every day / night and I've never seen one door girl I would rate a 9. The highest I would rate any girl I I've seen in Angeles would be a generous 8 and they were very few and Always Only with Koreans. There are some 7's around and some 6's. Lots of 4's and 5's but NO 9's or 10's in Angeles City. Though a lot of 5's 6's 7's have attitudes and think they are a 9 or a 10.

Just because they may be a physical match for something is only part of the equation. Everything is not for everybody. That is just like saying all guys 6'7" and taller must be playing basketball. Not every guy that height has an affinity to basketball, the same that every woman matching those criteria are not necessarily a fit for being a model. Hence there are a myriad of women floating about matching those figures in the regular world who are not in that profession. Not every stunning woman wants to sit in front of cameras and walk down runways all day and night. But you do not pay attention to those until someone dolls them up and puts a spotlight on them.
The fact that I said Angeles City 9 means that BY DEFINITION there are 10's, because the qualifier indicates that we are grading girls relative to each other in the city. These aren't exactly door girls. They are girls that work at the bar but they don't have to dance or hustle or dress like the other girls. Many bars but not all have them. They are a step above the other girls and often hang out outside to attract customers or cater to them inside if there are whales. They also sometimes seem to play by their own rules since one asked me once if I wanted to leave with her and I said ok and we just walked out. Sensations has one. You find the rest.
