Q Bar was never and is not a Korean bar. Mostly Westerners. Even in Avalon Bar during this weekend, the crowd was mostly Westerners. Obviously, you've never been there.

Madonna Bar? Yes, I agree it is a Korean bar. Has a Korean owner, Korean papasan, and mostly Korean clientele. LOL! But bar hopping there on January 18? LOL! It was closed this weekend! It just reopened on the 19th.

But fuck the Madonna Bar! As I tried to enter around opening time of 5 pm, the doorman said there is a mandatory drink required just to view. I was going to buy a beer anyways, but I hate to be forced. I'm not sure if that's the policy for the entire night, or just opening time. Later during the night, they had the curtains fully opened. Not that many girls. Also, I asked him what the barfines were. It was about the same as before, between 6K to 12K. I hope Madonna goes out of business. I hate that business model. Highest barfines for girls that aren't that good. Most of the girls are similar to what you can get at other bars. In caveat though, I haven't seen the top 2 12K "Angels" (I was told that's what the 12K girls are called).

There are some good aspects of Madonna Bar though. I spoke with a semi-regular that used to work at Madonna. She said the girls are "required" to performed for multiple shots. She said you have to do it, even if it is for 5 times. I asked her if the girls are allowed to reject customers. She said it depends. With the issues of human trafficking, I thought the girls would be protected. She said if the papasan hears about it, he will get mad, and ask the girl if they think are are princesses. She said the girls can be fired. But I'm guessing if you are in demand, you won't be. My semi-regular girl isn't that cute. LOL! What the waitress told me a few months ago matches; she said the girls are guaranteed to stay with you long time. With those prices, they should be.

For those that are interested, the Dragon Bar is for sale. It is currently advertised in the Blue Book for 17 million pesos (negotiable). 10 year lease. For a failing business, that is a lot of money. That American that bought that bar is an idiot. Why in the world would an American buy a Korean Bar. At breakfast today, the mamasan told me the wildebeest are on the way back after their Christmas migration to the provinces. Apparently we are now coming into high season and so the hired holes return after their lengthy hiatus. When I used to live in AC, I had a few waitresses in my favorite bars, some I even fucked long time ago, and I got my intel from them, not managers or mamasans, because they have vested interest in pushing certain girls.

Just like 3" I was always getting the newcomers, fresh off the farm, first timers, my preference. Was well worth a LD for the waitress, and a few hundred peso tip. If there was nothing avail, I still tip the waitress, so that I don't create a false narrative just for the tipping.

At that time, I followed some advice and bought a clamshell-type suitcase to protect myself. But that suitcase is small, and I would rather use a larger, normal zipper suitcase. Is that scam still going on?

2. I am staying at the ABC, and I got a letter reminding me that I will need a COVID antigen test that is less than 3 days old? Is this for real? Or is it just a form letter? I mean, I can buy a home antigen test and bring it, but see'Mon. Man. Its 2025.
