The place looked closed when I walked in. When we were walking back to the entrance, the girl had to knock on a door to get a you-lock taken off. It was basically done to look like it was shut. I presume the secret rooms were ok as there was no way to easily see if it was running. Girls upstairs again to show the place was closed.

I do not think age of consent means, e. G, a 30 whyear old man can have sex with a girl in the age of consent (and below the legal age).

It means a girl and boy within age of consent (and below legal age) can have sex.

The purpose is very clear: avoid old men having sex with too young girls, in a few words.

Should also elaborate that the recent laws in many countries are enforced according to the nationality of the offender (e. G. The man).

So if in country A the legal age is 21 and girl's country B has a legal age of 18, a citizen of country A can be prosecuted in his own country if having sex with a 19yo girl of country B.

It does not matter what the girl's country law is about. He will not be prosecuted in that country, but in his own country (with evidences etc etc) when he comes back.

My point is, regardless if age of consent is 14, an adult male (ie above legal age) may not have sex with a 15 yo girl.
The indication of age of consent is referred to a boy and a girl of similar age.
This point is not very clear in the guideline, but it is damn clear of the law.
Try as an adult to have sex with a 16 yo girl (and age of consent being 14, for isntance) and yoru lawyer will have difficulties to find the keys of your jail room.
