Confirmed by a few others and myself. A sign that you can't miss with the doorman standing right behind it. Sign clearly states one drink minimum to enter. Doorman confirms 6000 to 12,000 barfines. Madonna closes early by 7:00 when the girls are all barfined.

Plus, we now have URBN disco club just opened on Walking St, trying to be the new HiSo.

The girls were just standing on stage with party dresses on while the music played. Later there were 2 shows. The first a girl with a Squid Game track suit came up and lip synced. After she got off stage, I saw the boss go over and hand her 1000 pesos..[/QUOTE]Mr E, your photos of Madonna bar is in fact now correct, a minimal of 1 drink to sit and watch the girls has been introduced to Madonna bar in the last couple of days, according to the owners of Madonna bar it is only enforced to westerners or to those that face does not fit and absolutely not to Koreans or to regulars who are known to spend.
As far as Madonna closing at 9 pm I have never heard of this or seen it, have been in Madonna bar well after midnight on most occasions, girls here are never all sold out as there are so many drinks only girls that do not barfine with anyone.
As far as the drinks menus in Madonna bar never seen your posted type menu before, the one we have always been given is much lower prices, maybe there is the normal menu for Koreans and regulars and a drinks menu for the non Koreans and westerners that are not wanted unless they can be made to pay crazy prices for their drinks, who knows.
As far as girls, then like any other bar in Angeles if the bar sees a newbie a simpleton or a guy who has had one too many beers then crazy prices might be asked for girls time, as stated earlier have been going to Madonna bar from day one, most recently as a group we bar fined 8 Madonna girls of all dress colours and took them out clubbing, each girl quoted 6,000 peso from the start, there was no variation, all standard girl price paid was 6,000 peso, has been so from day one.
Again sorry that your experience at this bar was not the same as mine and many bar hop friend experience, thanks.

Well I also happened to run into the manager of Madonna at another bar the other night. Maybe it was Carousel. It was one of the bars on the same side with a silver podium outside, because she was sitting behind that. She told me that she goes there every night after they close at Madonna. It was no later than 9 pm. This was right after me and Dg tried going to Madonna at 7 pm and her and the security guy were locking the door and leaving. Maybe your Angeles City is in an alternate universe.

Way back in 2023, I posted a similar report. Not sure if it was called Madonna at the time. The bar was on the north side of WS (same side as XS). They opened early, I think around noon or 1 pm, and closed around 8 pm. There was a bouncer out front, and a similar sign. I am fairly sure that I posted a picture of that sign. The sign was similar to the one in ME's pic, stating a 1-drink entrance fee. I stopped by about 6 pm. The bouncer guy gave me roughly the same info about not wanting fellas entering to just peek at the ladies. I asked why they closed so early and he said that the bar was operated by another management, with a separate set of girls and a different bar name. I walked by later in the evening, and sure enough the sign was gone, and a couple of door girls were barking customers to come inside. It was operating as 2 distinct gogo bars, a K place in the daytime and possibly a non-K place in the evening.
Its like dj vu, all over again.

The other side of that same menu was in Korean with the same numbers. So maybe there are some unwanted Koreans the same as there are some unwanted Westerners. Or just maybe they wanted to outsmart the thinking Westerner and put a duplicate Korean menu with higher prices on the reverse side. But that is not the actual "real" menu that they give to folks they actually want in the bar. Jesus dude.

Every single bar with Korean doormen that I went next to, they tried to get me to come into the bar. I am just a normal Black American dude wearing shorts and flip-flops. No 3 piece suit and no 1000 peso bills hanging out of my pockets. At every single place I immediately asked how much is the bar fine and how long the chick stays. For some reason you guys make picking pussy out of a barrel into brain surgery.
The Korean guys have no advantage over anyone and I actually like their method of operating better than the Western one. They simply operate under early bid catches the worm. So when I was out at 10 am I saw how Walking Street was crowded with Korean guys. The bars were full of chicks lined up with street clothes on. The Koreans went in to pick their chicks and were done. No need for music, drinking, or dancing. I saw many walking back to their hotel rooms with the chicks. They knew what they were there for.
They did not need to drink for hours on end or see the chicks in a bikini doing nothing on stage. They did not have to buy a ton of lady drinks and psych themselves that the girls were into them. It was pure point and click. Or maybe point and stick.
And that is the kind of guy I am. I do not mind going somewhere and getting right to the point. No need in calling myself establishing a false rapport in a room full of hookers. I want to fuck and they want money.
The best thing is that the Korean guys are getting their money's worth. In every place, I asked what the difference between short time and long time was. Short time was 3 hours. Long time was until the next day. So with Koreans, they are paying a chick 6000 from say 10 am until the next day, whereas a Westerner wants to go drink all night and have the clock starting on the girl at 3 am (only a few hours until morning) for the same 6,000 pesos.
There is a reason that experience is the best teacher. Reading shit on here will have you thinking the sky is falling. But when you get on the ground and gather your own intel at different times of day, you will see it is all bullshit. If you want the best chicks, you can go out at 10 am and rent them the same as the Koreans do. Or you can stay in all day from a hangover and not go out until it is time to create another hangover and complain that somebody took all the good ones.
Surprisingly, I am excited to be in Angeles City after 2 months in Pattaya. I haven't been here in 6 years so it is interesting to see how the city has changed. I see the wide sidewalks on Walking Street and that they have taken down the signs at the entrances. I do see a number of bars already open at 10:00 am Which is crazy early but I have read the reports about how the Koreans are taking girls early. I can see that Envy is no more and there is construction on that spot now. I will let you know what I think about the current state of Angeles City.

Coming from Pattaya, the number of bars in Walking Street is so small and the number is smaller than 6 years ago. From Insomnia down there are about 40 Go-Go bars which is more than enough if you want to have a good time. But that's about a third of the bars on a single Street in Pattaya, Soi 6. Now I recognize there are some more bars on Perimeter Road but the number of bars in Angeles City is about 1% of the number of bars in Pattaya. Now I didn't separate Korean bars from Western bars, But instead of criticizing Koreans taking over the bars, you should say thank God the Koreans are here because without the Koreans, this place would be a ghost town. The higher prices of the Korean bars actually are attracting more young attractive women to Angeles City. I was here before the Koreans came here and Angeles City was starting to die out and at least now it's stabilizing.

The way 'Korean bars' are talked about on here, mainly by NapaSlapper whose sole objective in life seems to be to put people off visiting Angeles, you'd think they were like wild west saloons, where the bar goes quiet when outsiders walk in. It's laughable. I'm late forties and from the UK and a year ago the hottest girl I bar-fined was a black tape dancer from one of those Korean bars. Cute as can be (although disappointingly took the tape off). A few nights later I bar-fined another beautiful girl from another Korean bar. She told me she did modelling and I've got a video of her on my phone doing a catwalk in my hotel room with a book balanced on her head. Korean bars are just well run bars, open to all, with a higher hit-rate of pretty girls.
I'll be in Angeles in less than a week and I can't wait for the fun to commence.
