Walking Street Bars as of Today
As noted, most of the girls in the bars are average looking but you can usually find a girl that you like if you hit 2 of 3 bars and you only need one or two girls per day.
Still that doesn't mean the performance will be good. I did find an attractive slim pretty 18 year old in a Korean Bar and barfined her for 5 k. If you saw her, you would think she is pretty. However, she ended being a dud in bed and wanted to leave early. I let her because she didn't have much to say and if the girl wants to go, I am not going to force her to stay. So disappointing performance but not in looks.

Bar girl shift start / end times

Thank you for the wealth of information. I think I have a pretty good plan of attack for A / see. However, the one piece of information that seems to be missing is at what time the pussy auction starts, or in other words what time the bar girls start their shifts and therefore are barfine available. It seems to me that's the only way to "beat the Koreans at their own game. " I imagine that it's different for every bar as most of the bars seem to have slightly different hours. However, I've seen mention of "morning shift" and "evening shift" girls. Any specifics would be appreciated. If it ends up being a lot of information, I could maybe be persuaded to tabulate the information for the next several of our traveller brethren.

Some new bars and home truths
Been over many of the same angeles bars in countless bar reports so here are a few that are seldom mentioned by me or others plus some home truths on madonna bar.
1st things 1st, walking street is no more, as the angeles mayor vowed some months ago that the new name will be red street and so it is now, the mayor also said he wants to get rid of the bars or to at least change their business model but lets wait and see on that one.
On to the bars.
Bar 123, this is a fairly popular bar although long and narrow, as one walks in thers is a single row of bench seating on the left and a long narrow stage on the right with some bar stools, anywhere one sits one is close to the girls on stage, girls here are in dresses, some red some black dresses, local beer 130 peso, lady drinks 350 peso, maybe 15 girls in total, only one girl just ok in looks and body, its a friendly bar, girls are smiley and flirty, especially with the koreans.
Hera bar, (directly opposite QBar) this bar is again a smaller bar, it is a korean oriented bar, no dance shows or girl parades, first thing to notice is the music is so loud its uncomfortable and hard to hear ones buddies speak, around 12/13 girls, again most in long dresses, local beer 150 peso, lady drinks 350 peso, barfines 5 and 6,000 peso depending on girl, did not see any girls that were cute enough to barfine with.
Vikings bar (near to xs bar) this bar was raided some months ago and stayed closed for many weeks, it took an ownership change to be allowed to reopen, the same name was kept and no alterations were done to the bar by new owner, before the raid this bar was fairly popular (koreans) maybe 30/40 girls before some ok lookers, now down to about 15/18 girls, there was only one girl that was worth calling over for a drink which I did, turns out the best girl was in fact a cherry girl (virgin) that although would accept barfine it was only to bar hop not to hotel, at least she was pleasant in manner so did not mind the lady drink bought (350 peso) sorry forgot my beer price but seem to think it was either 140 or 150 peso.
On to madonna bar and the many claims about this bar by the same two buddies, I can only tell of my experiences and bar hop friends experiences (koreans) over maybe 30 visits to this bar, madonna bar is of course a korean bar (have never seen a westerner in there) it opens at 5 pm and closes at around 12 pm, hires very good professional dance group at great expense to do hourly dance shows, these girls although will accept lady drinks do not bar fine with anyone (me and many korean friends have tried several times to barfine these girls to no avail) there are many drinks only girls, the three cutest girls are cherry girls, yet we have claims of madonna bar closes by 7 pm because all the girls have been barfined, I call BS, why because most nights we visit after 7 pm and mostly stay for a few hours, our last visit we left the bar at 9,30 pm, on leaving many korean customers were still inside, the dance shows were in full swing, the drinks only girls were doing exactly that, to claim all girls are barfined in a two hour window between 5 pm and 7 pm is just not true of my experience over many visits, all barfines at madonna bar (probably 30 odd girls barfined between our group in total have all been standard 6,000 peso per girl, of course if one is being quoted crazy prices by the bar or the bar girls here or at any other bar then one is being played and fleeced, plain and simple, best advice just move on to where one is wanted.
In summing up its fair to say angeles city had been deserted by the western monger, blame the high air fares the crazy hotel prices, the korean take over of all the popular bars and girls, the many girls that are plain out racists and will only drink and barfine with asians, the many drinks only girls, the many virgins, the crazy beer prices, the crazy lady drink prices, its probably all of these things but what is for sure many mongers have voted not to visit angeles instead preferring other asian destinations by a long way (pattaya and Bangkok bars full of westerners and girls on a recent visit for example).
Westerners in the Korean bars
I see plenty of Westerners in the Korean bars and they seem to be welcomed. I don't see that they are having any problems pulling girls from those bars. If anyone disagrees, I'm right here and we can walk over to their Korean bars and take a look.
