Did hk change after CC took a dump. It would only change if a american opened a club and changed it all, after doing a complete refurbish of a older place like hk did. That will never happen, because they would probably be shot. From what I understand one guy owns most of those clubs, and would never let a gringo take all the biz away.

On what do they base the cost of the VIPs? As I understand it, the client takes a chica or two to a private area and buys high priced beers for the girl and regular priced beers for himself. Is there any other charges they tack on other than the price of the beer?
