Many consider the simple act of extending beyond a 30 minute session to be a good tip. Any extra (for example, CIM) is considered plenty of a tip.
That being said, if you only took a girl for a 30 minute session and if the service received is quite exceptional and beyond the service levels of the other girls, then feel free to throw in an extra 10 Euros (maybe even 20 Euros for mind-blowing service).

Don't tip for any 1+ hour sessions.
When you're new, you won't yet know whether the service you got was exceptional or not, so don't tip until you have more of a baseline under you belt so to speak to compare to.
If you only took a 30 minute session with a girl, don't tip -- unless the service was really super and you know you're going to repeat with her and then, only a small tip 5-10 Euros to show your appreciation. Even if you don't tip the girl, don't forget that there are plenty of other ways to show your appreciation for service well performed.
Unless you have money to burn like Vito -- in which case, I suppose my advice would be to just spend your money however it makes you happy.

Sometimes (rarely) 20 EUR for a longer session, especially if she was generous with the time inside and / or outside the room. Never had any issues if I didn't tip the next time.

I don't care unless it was a good session. Some of the girls that I didn't take the next time I was in the club, but say in the third time, provided a less good service. So, I couldn't care less about what the girl thinks, but I do care about maintaining a service level, hence the problem. I try to tell them not to expect me to take them every time and when they say why I answer that I come there not to be attached to any one girl, but most girl don't take it well and their service and attitude changes. Girl that got it well were Adina for example (which I took about 8-9 times) and girls that didn't like Dina I never took nor will I take again (she refuses to sit with me for a minute on the couch if she is not sure we go to the room after). In Vienna and other clubs all over Austria this works out nicely for me. I hardly ever leave the room unsatisfied these days. In the Austrian Erotic Forum there have been an extreme amount of complaints about service level in Goldentime Vienna lately. I personally do not agree. If it has got anything to do with my tipping them an extra 10 or not, is hard to say. Regulars have a different standing than 1-timers naturally.
