Confessions of a Centro rat
I am a Centro rat. I don't live there but I spend a lot of time there. I don't know what Kafka expected or imagined. There are youtube videos and more written descriptions on this website than anybody has time to read. The finding diamonds expression says it all. If you devote the time you can win. It's not for everybody. Casas and strip clubs are quicker surer things with better clothing, makeup and comfort. It's all good. Me personally, I use Veracruz / Raudal to break up the routine, to pass time, and to find those diamonds when they are there. I have more personal contacts who I can call and meet than I have time. I like variety. I can afford the better strip clubs but I don't enjoy them because of the silicone, the noise, and the general atmosphere. There is no wrong or right answer to this, it's about personal preferences. I go to casas too, mostly in Centro. It's all good, enjoy.
I couldn't agree with you more, truly a bottom feeders locale. Those guys that partake in the skanks that roam the streets of El Centro are good candidates for a frontal lobotomy. It's truly horrific in El Centro with all the glue sniffers, drunks, deaf mutes, transvestites, and other freaks! The thought upon arriving in El Centro and seeing the circus there reminds me of a scene from the movie Forrest Gump when Forrest is told to run. The place most definitely should be avoided at all costs!
Guest friendly hotels near Parque Lleras
Hey guys,
I'm going to Medellin for the first time over the Christmas break. Are there any guest friendly hotels near Parque Lleras. I also reached out to Hotel Medellin M, aka the Mansion. Do you recommend staying there and how are the pickings? I've been to the Del Rey many times and was thinking that the Mansion is like that. Is that true? Sorry for so many questions but I'm a newbie in MDE and have been spoiled by the Rey and Sportsman Lodge in SJ CR. Thanks in advance guys and happy mongering.
