One of my SP contacts used to host his girls over there, I have never seen anyone asking questions when going up, even by stairs. So it should be hassle free. Took it as a precaution before travel to few countries. But doesn't stop HPVs milder cousin HSV from spreading as it has no cure or vaccine. It's commonly called cold sores. Hence the acyclovir. So bros if you are getting that after mongering please wash up thoroughly and take a generic acyclovir.(goes without saying consult a doctor first)
What I saw could be HSV but there is no way to tell for a non medically trained person.
