Many of you guys priorities are out of sink, but to each their own, Centro will always be home for me and 35 days at Ayendo was $463 usd & you guys are complaining about the AC. Whether you know it or not, not many Colombians in Medellin can afford an AC, but carry on mongers. Pollo negro is out!

It's a late late night place, where chicas primarily from Fase dos come after everything closes and you get a big discount on those girl's. I have been to it twice, there is a place you go upstairs with the Chica. Main floor is meeting these girls and drinking. I believe that's the name of it.

The only people who seem to complain are people who aren't use to seeing homeless people etc. It's also only a 3 minute walk to the strip clubs & super cheap so it looks like jackpot to me, thanks for the suggestion.

The ones that do in Santa Fe (next to never) or any other place around the world, I just wag my finger and shake my head no before they can even ask. You give to one, and soon his buddies will be over there expecting too; especially with kid beggars.

We did give a dope fiend 2000 pesos to dance and smoke his pipe while we made a video late one night in front of Vera Cruz though. We apprached him, he didn't approach us. I posted pictures here at the time to show how dangerous it wasn't, and was admonished for it.

There will be no problem if you can walk away. But this is an easy way out if you have to stay there to wait for taxi or uber.

I did not spell out the detail. There will be some late at night around Hotel Botero, and I think it is because it is the airport bus final stop. I have seen something similar a few times in day time in other parts of El Centro too. I see people open the taxi door for local, and local always give some changes to the person opening the taxi door. two 200 pesos coins is only 400 pesos.

I went to Parque Lleras last night to do what I said I wanted to to which was take in the scene. I have to say that I thank the members here because I did not walk in blind and stupid. There were a few sexy chicas that gave me long looks that made me wonder if they wanted me to hit on them and since the place is crawling with better looking, younger guys than this gordo, I wondered if they were prostitutes but I actually only had two SWs solicit me and one was just very unattractive early to mid twenties, as soon as she reached out to rub my shoulder I put my hand up palm toward her and before the she could ay the word compaera I instantly and almost rudely said 'no necesito', the next one hit on me in that little mall area under Gusto and I swear she was older than me (old) and her make up was painted on in thick vibrant colors, I almost felt sorry for her so I was at least polite when I turned her down. I went up to Gusto, to see if there was Eye Candy and sure enough there were a few stunners and plenty of attractive sexy women. A few gave me the smile and the eye, and since I am quite sure its not because I am young and attractive, but that gringo dinero is attravtive, I didn't even smile back to I just nodded walked around the place long enough to drink one beer, and left. Some members say that you can get a chica there for 200 k if you keep your wits, negotiate and be sure that you both understand the price in pesos, but I had just had a good session that afternoon with a sweet little thing in my apartment so at my age it would be pushing it anyway.

Overall I enjoyed the scene though, actually had my first full conversation in English in the four days since being in Colombia, (which for me means my first full conversation) with some gringos I encountered. I would go back for another Saturday night but I advise anyone who goes there to read all the post here so that you go there with as much knowledge as you need not to get scammed.

2 pro tips about fake moaning (I think most guys hate it):

1. You don't need Spanish, you can just make a soft shushing sound the way you would when someone makes too much noise in the cinema.

2. fake moaning in provider speak means "hurry up, I want to be done with this as soon as possible".

When I am home, I just don't login to that account until I am close to coming back to Colombia and then I start reaching out.
