I would recommend Ally Pally in Al Ain Palace hotel, particularly early (7PM on) and for PRC (best value in my opinion)

Also recommend Blitz, Mercure Hotel on Hamdan, separate entrance on the side street.

In AP and Blitz you should be able to get ST for 300-500AED and overnight for 400-800AED
