Can you guys forego these drugs and get it up if the girl is hot enough? I don't take these drugs but I know I can't get it up if the girl is mediocre. Been this way since my early 30s.

She also needs to have a nice touch, kiss and know how to apply them. If the girl has that skill and applies it properly, reasonable compromises can be made on looks and still get the job done.

But at my age even if all the elements are there in the girl I'm going to take a boner pill if I have been having sessions to completion three days in a row already, just to make sure. Living in Bangkok it iis rare for me to go more than 2 days in a row without a session to completion. So I am taking boner pills at some point during the week and therefore can't really say with certainty what it is like to have no traces at all of active ingredient in my system.

I have not found a lady for whom I couldn't get it up, but that may be due to my selection criteria. Maybe a 300 pounder would cause my problems.

The issue I face is time, if its a short Mexican session, I may opt for a HJ or BJ to finish on time. If I don't face a time constraint, I can actually finish sooner.

On my last time in Thailand, I was there for 3 months, and had sex frequently with a longtime barfine. By age 63 a 3rd session of the day was seldom possible, regardless of pills or girl hotness. At age 66 I started to prefer a pill for session #1, unless I hadn't had sex in at least 2 days. Now I'm even older and use a pill every time, just to make sure it works.

The hotter non-moms seem to have the tightest pussies, so being rock hard is absolutely necessary. They can usually get me hard without a pill, but not hard enough to penetrate many times with power. Need a pill for extra tight pussies even if the girl is hot and does everything right.

Using a condom also makes the pill more necessary.

As Eih Tooms mentioned, a trace of the pill might last some time. For me, Viagra will be very effective for about 20-24 hours and is still noticeable at 48 hours (including the nasty side effects). Cialis lasts much longer. I'll use 100 mg for my first day in Thailand and hope to get 2 pops. Subsequent days I'll take 50 mg and get either 1 or 2 pops.

I thought I would add my 2 cents (maybe less) worth in this conversation. First I am 80 years old but take care of myself, workout, etc. , but am told I look about mid 60's. Maybe people are just being kind? Anyway I visit China (before Covid) 4 to 5 times per year for my business. I have tried many of the mongering escapades available in China (oh, for the good old days in ChangAn or ChangPing), and find my my preferred style of entertainment is a KTV. Take you time, get to know your companion, sing, dance, play games, drink, and then get back to hotel or apartment with your choice of the night.

I usually take 50 MG of V sometime in the KTV and then I am ready for the later fun. I may take another 50 MG back at the hotel. Being average in the penis area, I have never had any problem of invading paradise. One pop is about all I am good for at night, but if the girl is really good there can be another after about 1 hour rest time. Morning will usually bring another pop if I work at it.

My routine is to arrive in the Chinese Hotel after about 30 hours of leaving the USA. I will message a regular to meet me after I arrive which, by the time I check in, is about midnight. A nice shower and then a romp and pop, and get ready for work the next morning. Rest time after a day at work then KTV time with my friends.
