The one farther down second (away from walking street) on the left hand side of the road, Sabai Sabai Soapie is like the name or like that.
The two names are almost identical but this one was reported more liberal then the Sabai Land (white colored house on the side of the road by the shopping center).

I used and E*TRADE debit card at all the ATM's. I was able to pull 20k Bhat out and the 150 Bhat fee (equiv $4) was refunded to my account with no additional fees on every ATM machine I visited. E*TRADE will refund all ATM fees foreign or domestic if you have the right account. The conversion rate seems to be spot on the Interbank rate you see published on the web.
I use Capital One credit card which doesn't charge an extra fee except for the VISA conversion rate. Make sure they charge in Bhat and not covert to USD.

I had to show a Thai address when I set up my bank account here to get an ATM card. And if I remember right they only accepted a property title as proof that you lived here. It is my understanding that you must own property in Thailand to have a Thai Bank account. At least that was the case with me at my bank (savings account). I would be curious to hear from others here on that subject. Sorry if that info is already here somewhere I didn't bother to look; just stating my experience.

Yes, very much fatter. And they can get away with it in Pattaya as many foreigners don't mind. Have any of you noticed that even in pornography the fatter women are beginning to predominate, as men get used to what is available.
Still here in the upcountry the Thai taste predominates, so not many of the chubs can make it in the industry (or are relegated to lower-priced status).

Well, it was several years ago so maybe things have changed since, but I've been able to open a bank account in Thailand then showing only my passport at a branch of the Bangkok Bank. At that time, I was only a tourist and the only address in Thailand that I provided then was the address of the hotel where I was staying! It was a very easy and quick process (half an hour approximateley) and I got a Bangkok Bank Premier ATM card too.

About a year ago I opened an account with Siam Commercial Bank, at the branch in Jomtien (corner of Beach Road and Soi 4). I just needed to show my passport,
A few months ago I also opened another with the Kasikorn Bank, also in Jomtien. Again just needed a copy of my passport.
Seemed very straightforward in both cases.
The SCB gives you a Mastercard ATM card, Kasikorn give a Visa ATM card.
Not that I regularly use these cards outside of Thailand, however I have on occasion needed to withdraw some cash and I have found both worked every time.

Please be specific when you say Cyprus as the goverment controlled area of cyprus will NOT stamp a piece of paper, only a passport but the Turkish controlled area of the TRNC ( Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus ) will which is another reason that most all countries except Turkey dont recognise the TRNC as a country. Cyprus and the TRNC are 2 seperate places.

There is two major Soapie, in Pattaya there are others but you need to know Pattaya a little better to get to them by Songthaw or a motorbike.
The two major ones are Central Pattaya, head down 2nd Road, pass Pattaya Klang or Central Rd, as they call it. Head towards the Big C, or if you know where the famous Soi 6, is located.
Just before you get to Big C, you will see a white building on the right that is the first one, if you walk up 2nd Road from the first one towards Big C, you will see the other one across from Big C, you can't miss it, the sign is huge!

This is Sabai Dee Room Body Massage. I stopped by today at 1:11 with two wingmen but it was too early. They do not open until 2pm. There was only one girl there and she was rather old. This is the cheapest soapie in Pattaya. 1500 baht.

This would be Sabailand Body Massage. It is right on the corner of 2nd Road and Soi 3 next to a disco/gogo bar. The address is 102/1 Soi 3 North Pattaya. We arrived there today at 1:20 and had sessions. There were about 10 girls in the fishbowl at this time. The damage was 1600 baht for 90 minutes. Soapies are not my thing. Once you have had one then the novelty is gone.
There is one more soapie in this vicinity. As a matter of fact, if you blink you will probably miss it, as I did today. It is called Sabai Dee Body Massage. The address is 435/52 Moo 9, Pattaya 2nd Road. Big C's address is 78/1, Moo. 9, Pattaya 2nd Road. The lot numbers look far away for some reason but it is really only a stone's throw. At 1800 baht this is the 3rd cheapest soapie in Pattaya.
The fourth soapie is Heaven which is on Sukhumvit. The address is 149/352 Moo 9 Sukhumvit Road. Going down Central Pattaya Road as if you wanted to leave Pattaya, you would take a right onto Sukhumvit. Heaven is located on the left, directly next to the 7-Eleven you see after you make the turn. Sessions here are about 2000 baht.
The fifth and only other soapie that I know of is P.P. Body Massage. It is off of 3rd Rd. The address is 92/26-28 Moo 9, Soi Jirapol, Pattaya 3rd Road. It is the most expensive. This is the one that has one price for the girls with blue tags and another for the girls with red tags. They have brand new rooms in what appears to be a new four-story apartment building right across the parking lot from the main building where the fishbowl is. If you get the more expensive girl you get to use a new room. If you get the cheaper girl you have to use the old rooms in the main building.
Been a long time since I was in Pattaya however a friend on ISG wanted to visit for two days to see if he would enjoy the location. So being a good friend I said OK that it would be acceptable with me that I’d go have sex (with girls) in Pattaya for a while.
We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and stayed at Bay Walk Residence suggested by an ISG member and we got a good rate. The rooms were OK, deluxe suites and had a good couch arrangement that was L shaped and made for perfect monger positions, multiple different positions. The room was a little musty and my friends room had little hot water for some reason, the location is a two minute walk to Walking Street so that was nice and was right on Beach Road. We made plans to meet with an ISG member that night and meet up with him on Soi 8 at Sailor Bar which had great drink prices and food prices. From there we went over to Walking Street. He took us to Happy GoGo which was very enjoyable place, the girls, the location, the quality, the pricings, had no issues with Happy I could hang out there every night. But as we were relatively virgins in Pattaya we wanted to get more of a sample and we moved on to some places like Windmill and others. Nothing was catching our attention so we moved over to Peppermint.
At Peppermint my friend found a girl he liked and I rotated a few girls buying them drinks asking if they could perform 6 times etc… The ISG member was laughing at how I worked the girls to find one that would commit and understand. From there as my friend is addicted to soapies we hit up Sabai Soapie I think. Forget the name really but there appears to be two main soapies in town.
He went for the soapie and as the local rules are covered BJ only that killed it for me, so he took one for the team and did a recon mission at the soapie house while I went to Soi 6. Forgot to mention after breakfast we walked Soi 6 to get a lay of that land area then we went to the soapie. So now I’m left without a soapie or MP so what would me and the other ISG member do… hit Soi 6 of course.
For me, I was with a local ISG member so it was his turf I walked on his heels pretty much and let him pick up a girl and we walked up and down and he found one he started to talk to. He walked into a bar near 2nd road, I’m going to keep the name private as there is a reason. We walked up and down until he found a girl he liked more towards the beach road. As I was screwing all night long I was not really looking to score so I was talking to the girls outside. Turns out there was a new girl from Cambodia, 3 days on the job, never went with customer or farang… Oh shit now that is a challenge I could not pass up. I bet the girl that I could get her to finish 2 times minimum and she would finish before me and if I could do that then I not pay her. The other girls were laughing and joking and sure deal was struck. Off we go. Boy was this a mistake. Girls in Bangkok kept calling until 2 am and my work woke me up at 4 am Thailand time and my phone is set to some obnoxious ring tone that will guarantee that I get up for the calls and text messages. So I ended up screwing the older girl all night until 12 the next afternoon. Took her back to Soi 6… barfined her even though I was leaving for BKK, got one last shot on goal in the short time room…
Now back in BKK I was screwing BKK girls waiting for the three girls to show up on Sunday, supposed to be 4 pattaya girls to take care of the rabbit but only three showed up as baby sister got red… :D :D
Overall impressions… I’m still not sold on Pattaya. You have to be in the right frame of mind to take pattaya and you need the right hotel. Pattaya is all about Sex, to me the town was created for sex and it feeds off sex. This is not a bad thing, there are a lot more bars then other places and more girls. You can find everything you want, I wanted girls that could perform and I found it. My friend wanted a porcelain princess and he found what he was looking for. It is a hell of a lot cheaper then BKK of course but the girls are not better, in fact I think the girls are more into the game and it is harder to find the right match.
There are just too many options and areas, and many girls would try to bait and switch, agree to LT and want ST later or such. I think the girls know the game better and you can get rolled easily in Pattaya is my opinion. However as it is a town about sex I like how the people treat the girls better. In BKK anyone who works the sex industry is shunned and an outcast immediately. In Pattaya they are more open it appears and I like this as I hate people who treat other people like they are lower then them.
Needless to say it will require much more research to form a proper opinion. The unfortunate thing is that I already have the next visit booked and am trying to figure out how to squeeze in some time for Pattaya to do more research in the name of ISG members….
