Your passport will be safe, there are lockers like safes for cash and document.
But if its me, then I would let it in the hotel.
For being first time in those establishments, I would recommend you, not to tell it to any girls. Otherwise, you end as fish food.
They always ask this, if they see you first time. Especially if you an Asian guy. The price system is simple 50€ for 30 min / 100 for 1 hour.

It needs to be with you so don't leave it at the hotel. A locker in a big FKK club is likely safer than your hotel too, as long as you lock your locker. At Sharks there is always a young girl mopping the floor. She will make sure no one breaks in.

If you are really concerned about traveling with your passport (for example if you have a tendency to get really drunk at the clubs or whatever), another option is to take only a photocopy of your passport picture page with you to club and leave your physical passport in the hotel.
Me, I always just take my passport with me and I leave it in the small safe with my wallet and other valuables. Never had a problem.

I leave my passport in a safe deposit locker at my hotel. But I do carry my drivers license, and perhaps a photocopy of my passport. I don't know if the German law requires all foreign nationals to carry passport on them all the time, but if it does, I guess I was pushing my luck?!

Losing a passport (and visas in there) can be a severe problem, so not a great idea to carry around all the time in a bag or even jacket pocket.
I certainly don't carry passport. I leave it at home. I expect all my non-German work colleagues are not carrying passports. Having a photograph/copy of it is a good idea. Having in the past lost a passport in bag that was stolen, I won't make that mistake again easily. I do have other forms of identification with me.
Its not every day that the police would want to see your passport. Could happen once in 5 years for those here 50% or more of the time.

I have only seen her 3 times (total) and one of those was arriving very late from Romania with Roxy (not to work). So not surprising you did not meet her.
