Day 1 - Maiden Voyage
Hello everyone,
I said I was going to report back as soon as I landed and got some action.
Medellin has surprised me quite a bit, it's no where near as ratchet as it sounds and many things are avoidable.
With the slightest of wit.
Arrived Mid afternoon from a transfer flight from Bogota, went through customs without a hitch. Just got super annoyed as the plane sat on the runway for 40 minutes while the flight itself is like 25 minutes <, w / e.
Checked into my non-chica friendly hotel. Will probably be switch hotels very soon due to noise, their safe box malfunctioned and I need to have PP visitors unless their apartment is available.
So, got settled and met up with my guide. He charges a tender price of 15 mIl per hour, and for someone with bullshit level Spanish, his translation help alone is well worth the money. Now onto the hoes.
It's been 12 hours and I've managed to bang 2 hoes through the flight exhaustion:
Chica 1 - I think her name was Mili or something along noses lines. She is a overtly Asian looking Colombiana.
But she said she's not any part Asian (as far as she knows), she is a stripper at the Barra Executivo en El Centro. May have overpaid by like 30 mil but I requested to taste her asshole, and that shit was fresh. Total 90 Mil for 30 minutes. 70 for her and the house and 20 more to eat that asshole. Not the best pussy I've had but her body is banging as far as the ass department. She won't be hard to spot if you go to that strip club and look for the face that looks mostly out of place LOL. I thought it was a good way to break myself into Colombia fucking this exotic looking Latina. Overall satisfied but won't repeat, need to spend my time here in culos.
Chica 2 - okay, Saturday nights is the night that every hoe parties til Sunday AM or spend with their kids. I had trouble locating a FB girl, at least one I've spoken to in the past for some much needed anal. Finally found a BBW Paisa in the LOS Colores neighboorhood that lets me fuck that asshole til there is shit everywhere. Anal is like 50% more on the propina, average 50 mil and so is chupa sin condon, I will be hunting better prices this week but 30 $ extra to get that done is a negligible dent in the booty-budget. Went to her apartment on 4th floor of a residential building, no sketch feeling even at 11:30 pm ish. Paid 170 Mil for some anal til she shat, chupa sin condom, and me eating it like groceries. That is perhaps an expensive date but I really needed to get that done, today tho I hope the 100 - 150 mil range can get me that culito but let's see. Her name was Sofia and her number can be found on PP, ends in 1099. I plan on trying to fuck that ass again but let see if I can get her down in prices.
Surprising, As an Asian guy, no one stared or called me names which is fucking great. Everyone seems to be hardworking and kind-hearted. There was one slight incident where a dude ran up on us, but later found out that he just smelled the non-average crippa we had on us, he wanted to try some. Jajajaja Police present well lit in downtown, and ATM's has guards packing heat or I feel relatively safe. Tho I've yet to stroll hoe central for poon yet. I can safely say at least so far, there are far far worst downtown with wayyyy more gunshots in the USA. Stay tuned for more action, hopefully it be all anal, but it's a challenge for sure with my limited Spanish.

Just as I was reading Trilon's report, the part about Parque Lleras, my buddy sent me this message. Threw me off because I guess some guy posted it in the Medellin section, but the first thing I noticed in the background was Rua dos Bombeiros, which is Brazilian Portuguese for FireFighter's Street.
I read the last few hundred forum pages. Thanks to all the posters, especially PolloNegro, JjBee62, Tasss, and TheCarlAnthony. I specifically bookmarked and studied their content which helped me plan and visualize the details of my adventure.
I don't speak Spanish conversationally. I only know basic words and relied heavily on Google translate.
Day 1 - Landed, customs line was long due to two planes arriving at the same time. Afterwards, I immediately got a Claro sim at a small shop in the airport. 16 k for 1 GB data, working number, and 7 service days. I paid a little more at the airport but I wanted to get this crucial step out of the way. I ended up using 265 MB with Google maps, Chrome, WhatsApp, and Uber. My Airbnb (San Peter) had excellent WiFi for backing up touristy photos and videos online.
I hopped on the 10 k bus to Centro which does go through the new tunnel. Sit on the right side for the best views. Arriving in Centro, I walked off the bus and was hit with the grittiness of the environment. I wasn't used to it. But, one week later, I left on that same bus back to the airport, and the area felt normal to me. As another poster pointed out, these are just normal people living their daily lives.
I walked through Plaza Botero and down Carrera 52 towards the San Antonio station. I saw several working girls but I just wanted to check-in and get settled. The metro to Estadio was packed but efficient.
After reaching my place, I got a $4 haircut, got cleaned up, then walked a few blocks to Aisha spa. Perfect location after a weary travel day. I got there 90 minutes before closing and the lineup was only three deep. Thankfully, two suited my tastes. I remember reading advice to guide your girl selection by how friendly she is and if you feel any chemistry in those first seconds. I picked the one I felt the most genuine warmth and interest from. When I entered the room, I greeted her with a loving hug and we got immediately down to business. Looks / Performance 7/8. I realize these ratings are unreliable because we all grade differently but some people might want numbers. 1 hour was 100 k, tipped 10 k. She wouldn't give me her WhatsApp and insisted I could only see her there...
I think that's in the running for newbie trip report of the year. Excellent job of trying a bit of everything and finding what you liked best.
Hahahahahahahahahahaaaa that's right.
For every newbie who learns the right mindset there's 5 who are going to act like they just won the lottery.

Fits in perfectly for some guys. "I've already been robbed 9 times."
If she robs you once, or tries to jack up the price, or changes the service, you walk away. Take the loss and move on. You don't keep going back just because of the way she looks. That's like going back to the restaurant where you always get food poisoning just because the decor is great.

Medellin notes
A lot to say but not too much that hasnt been shared before. Just these few notes that I felt worth mentioning after my first Medellin trip. *.
Stayed in an Air be&be in Poblado, close to La Strada / Hard Rock. Enjoyed being away from Parque Lleras but will definitely be in Laureles next time with a place that doesn't have security. Got tired of the dirty looks I would get when I was bringing back the chicas haha. *.
Facebook chicas. Over the last year I had gathered over a 100 on my page but I only took interest in about 6. I messaged those 6 every so often to let them know I was coming. All of them were so damn slow to respond (2-3 days) or just vanished once I got boots on the ground. Where things turned around was when I posted a killer city view picture, late in my Medellin trip, from Entre Maderos restaurant. Wow, a lot of out of the blue messages from many chicas in the days following that. Might be something to pursue. Oh and after I blew off the 6 that I was initially interested in, I would start receiving random other messages. I get the strong vibe that these chicas talk to each other and know who's in town looking for action. *.
El Centro. Definitely loved every minute of it! Hung out 3 different times. Chicas were easily down for 50 K a the local motel. I want to say I was quoted 25 K for the room. I spent another full night in El Centro at the bars behind the Botero Plaza museum. Met two 18 year old cousins that were super fun. They took me to the clubs where all the Venezuelans hang out (one block away). A lot of cuties and no tourists. We bought a bottle for 50 K and I was enjoying the night. Took the more fun cousin home for 100 K. GREAT NIGHT. Oh and never felt concerned about my safety and I was stumbling around until 2 am. Plenty of police in the area. Kinda reminded me of a dirty 6th street in Austin. Haha.
Everything was okay until you said you're considering calling her back. I have no problem with giving a little extra to avoid a long, annoying conflict. Sometimes it's easier than dealing with the drama.
However, that should be where the story ends. Because now she knows she can get a minimum of 300 k next time, so she'll try for 400 k. Then 500,800, 1 million. It only goes up from there. Then it's not just when you see her. It's every week. Her mother's sick. Her bed is broken. Her dog need surgery.
My suggestion, if you decide to give in and pay the extra, is first pull out your phone and tell her to wait while you block her. Block her on WhatsApp and Facebook and then send her packing.
Good advice. I have already blocked her. It's a shame though, she is one of the better looking ones.
They're not mistaking you for Colombian, Mexican, Costa Rican or Saudi Arabian. They're speaking their native language, rather than hoping that the tourist in front of them speaks English, instead of German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, etc. Either that, or everyone is also mistaking me for a Colombian.
If all the immigration and customs officials in Colombia are bilingual, they're hiding it well. I've had a few who had trouble getting their point across and I speak a reasonable amount of Spanish.
It has nothing to do with having a tan and wearing long pants. Most Colombians can spot a Venezuelan 20 feet away. They can certainly pick out someone from the US. It's that way all around the world. Take a guy from Alabama and drop him in Chicago and everyone will know he's not from around there, before he opens his mouth.
As for being mistaken for Colombian reducing your risk of being victim of a crime, you're fooling yourself. Colombians rob Colombians all the time. Colombians who get robbed by guys with guns or knives don't give chase. There's also plenty of Colombians with plenty to steal, especially around La 70.
I'm not trying to trash you. Walking around believing everyone thinks you're Colombian is of no benefit.
It's not what he believes that's the issue. If he can truly pass as a Colombian looks and dress wise, than the risk of him being the victim of a crime versus an obvious foreigner (blond hair / blue eyes, etc) is going to be less. He will not be immune from being the victim of a crime, but the odds of it happening will be less. Imagine a thief looking for someone to rob, who would be a better target, a Colombian or a foreigner?
I like that you debunked several urban legends of this forum, including the one about Spanish is mandatory to pick up girls in Centro.
But do you really think that the average reader of ISG is such a smart and capable traveller as him? I recommend CAUTION to others.
Her mother's sick. Her bed is broken. Her dog need surgery..
ROFL. The last is the best. One day I will hear also that.

That's some really bad as weed, laced with drugs, etc. It's not wise to be carrying that around with you, or any other drugs for that matter, but each to his own.

Negritas in Medellin
I know that Cali is known for this but I was wondering if anybody has recommendations for any negritas on fb?
This is the best post I've read on here in quite a while. Real talk, you lost your novice status after the first day. I like that you debunked several urban legends of this forum, including the one about Spanish is mandatory to pick up girls in Centro.
I think Trilon was very lucky in succeeding with the El Centro SW's with no Spanish speaking skills, I think a couple of more days there and he might have a different opinion of things.
It's not a problem picking girls up using a translator as there isn't much to be said beforehand. However once in the room, a malicious Chica could cause all kinds of problems and trying to sort them out on a translator might be very difficult.
Again, I think he was very lucky and if your suggesting that others should be picking up girls in El Centro with no Spanish speaking skills, well I personally advise against it, but each to his own.
-
No, I don't think the average ISG reader is as capable as this guy. Yes, I also recommend caution.
That should be common sense. If these chicks are as poor as everyone makes them out to be, do you seriously think they are going to be using the 300 K or whatever per week that guys are giving them to take taxis for actual taxis? No. They are going to take the cheap way so that they can spend that money where it is most needed.
Exactly. Why do you think that they are always late? Because the bus or Metro takes longer than a direct taxi. And because they either sleep later than they should or because her previous "date" ran long.
-
It's not for everybody. I agree with that 100%.
