Miscommunication happen all the time. I would paid the few dollars and fucked her harder.
If a chica wants taxi, she needs to ask for it up front. Not assume. I usually agree to pay 150 mil plus taxi one way. And then I go down to meet the taxi and read the meter to be sure I'm not getting scammed (which can happen). It also helps that I usually ask the girl where's she's from and I have an idea of what a taxi costs from there to my place. Most of my regulars just show up and I give them their money. We do not haggle over taxis, etc.
So I agree with El Mechanico. He did nothing wrong and she F-the up. And it creates a bad vibe and often leads to a bad session. I think he did the right thing by sending her on her way.
