I was in Europe 2 years ago, and it's the same. The whole world is mobile, hard to tell what city you are in, they all want change, but it seems they just make things worse instead of better.

They have been with many many guys and can easily sense who they can scam and get away with it. Rule of thumb is negotiate and negotiate for the services. There is no shame in it. Generally most girls once agreed will stick to it and sometimes ask for a taxi fare or food which are small amounts. I was quoted anywhere from 2500 pesos to upwards of 10000 pesos. On negotiation come down to normal levels. If I did not negotiate and take her she will insist on me paying highest amount. Security if involved will try to settle for generally more than you want to give. Girls very rarely want police involved unless there is physical damage by fighting.

Me and many others in this forum have never had any problems with any girl all over the world. Treat the girls with respect and pre negotiate. If the girl dies not behave get rid of her. If she is a problem to start with guaranteed she will be a problem company. Swallow your pride and get rid of her with little damage to your wallet. Do not expect them to change their attitude.

On my last trip I had a Scammer who almost ruined my trip. She was very sexy and could have been the highlight of my trip but she had other plans. Some maybe. Most don't "exhaust" any options. Prostitution is easy. The entrance barrier is low. No training, tuition, or investment are necessary. And the pay is better. Most hookers in heavily touristed areas don't see themselves as victims (or prostitutes for that matter). It's just a job.

2. We'd have to come up with a definition of scam. I mean, if you're talking about lying there like a cold fish, or begging for tips, or trying to steal some time like 15-20 minutes out of agreed upon 1 hour, that's very common all over the world. But throwing tantrum like that skunk in the video is highly unusual. Getting out of the deal without bringing the deed to completion (leche papi and other shit) -- very uncommon. It's a mistake attempting to normalize the behavior of street rats in Sosua.

When I saw them I jokingly asked for their autograph. Good dudes! They admitted The young guy in their group made a rookie mistake! He saw the chicas body and got excited and asked her to join them leaving Rumbas. Once back at the house everybody's drinking eating and have a good time.
