But this time I think I took things for granted as it was off season. This is what I was quoted. 2 LD + BF + ST = 400 + 1000 + 3500 = 4900.

Out of interest and 'possibly' as a help to protect others, did you happen to visit the 'good doctor' before having to visit the less good doctor later? I ask because online yesterday I read feedback from 2014 up to last month in 2015 from a few men getting Gonorrhea and all accusing that location (fairly or unfairly). Food for thought though.
