Filipinas are sweet and cuddly but most of time this boils down to them being economically dependent on their mate. Guys living in the Philippines hanging out at the GO-GOs taking week-end trips to Angeles all the time while married or in relationship as myself you think your Filipina doesn’t know you are fucking other women? She just puts up with it for the benefits that come with being with a foreigner. A lot of western women got their own dough and just not going to settle for the bullshit which I can respect.

I grew up on Oahu, and my friend was a just adorable little blonde. She was about 5’4", long blond hair, big blue eyes, blonde pubes, and about a large be cup. Unfortunately, she has some slime ball at her side most of the time, abusing her, leaching off her; you’ve seen these guys before. He was Filipino and about 29 or 30. She also started with the drugs thing also. Coke was big back then, so I think that was probably what she was doing. (Wasn’t everybody? )

Fast forward about 6 years and I see her again at the beach. She got out of hooking, got off the drugs, and left the idiot boyfriend because he could not keep himself out of prison (OCCC). Still, she seemed like the same sweet girl I had always known, except you tell by her face she had some miles on her. That was the last time I saw her, but I heard at the 10yr that she got married and had a baby.

Not really sure what this story means, or even if it is relevant to Angeles City forum, but I remembered it this morning. Maybe she liked excitement, maybe her dad was an asshole, I don’t really know. Ahh, I just remembered something. Her mom was a total ****! She used to hit on me hard when ever I went to her house to swim in the pool. Maybe that was it. Genetics. Maybe we should hypothesize about the genetic strain of being a hooker. It’s in the genes, like diabetes, is there a cure, should we start a research facility, or (insert your own satirical comment here).

Hi Mylesm2, Welcome to ISG.

Of course I am not suggesting that the Americans introduced prostitution to the Philippines. That is absurd. I am sure that the Pinay Eve only put out for the Pinoy Adam for a bag of mangoes! What I do maintain is that the Go-go bar concept that we all know and love, in Angeles and in Thailand, was originally introduced in 1968 in Patpong to entertain American troops serving in Vietnam. Therefore it is an American innovation. My superfluous research does not reveal if they existed in the States pre-Patpong. Perhaps one of our older members will know the answer to this question?

Deja Vu ... ahh the memories. Club Rock-za was across the street or thereabouts. A smaller place called Kitty Cat (?) was also good. On a related note, in his first book Obama mentions his grandfather taking him to the Hotel street bars, with the hookers and dealers hanging around outside.

I just got back from Fields. A bunch of cops set up shop in front of Sub-Delicious ticketing motorcycle riders without helmets. Strange they started after sundown. Make sure your barfine has a helmet when you leave the club or take a detour. At least nationality doesn't matter to the cops.
