The Medellin thread is almost becoming the FB thread with so many FB posts. Nothing wrong with the posts, but Medellin has gotten so popular over the years with thousands of posts that it's about time they broke it up a little bit, like how threads are broken up as an example for Tijuana, Mexico or say Bangkok, Thailand. They did recently add a stupid shit thread to Medellin so what would be the big deal in doing this?
I see a benefit to all members by doing this, but most posters don't appear to think it's necessary. Anyone else agree?
Have to say I reluctantly agree. I appreciate all the advice I have got on this thread, but there is so much chat about so many unrelated topics (Facebook, diseases, banks to use, credit cards etc) that you can read back 20 pages and not get anywhere, if they don't happen to cover what you're looking for. A Facebook thread would be a good idea to start with.

Trip Planning
So I have been a long forum watcher and decided to sub so I can contact members. I am planning to travel to Medellin, Cartagena, and Bogota in January. I have about 2 and half weeks of vacation. I have a few questions regarding staying and traveling around the city. I am not sure the best place to post this because I plan to travel to all 3 popular cities. This trip is more of seeing which one I prefer the most and then make it a destination for future visits.
1. Is it better to stay at Airbnb or get a hotel once I land? Which option is cheaper? And do you have suggestion as to hotels with guest friendly within walking distance in Med, Cart, and Bog?
2. Regarding to facebook chicas, when should I start building the list and starting to message them? Going to try Tinder too and see.
Going to try a bit of everything, SW, facebook, casas, parque, club, infamous clock tower, etc this time. If there are people in the area willing to show me around when I land, I would really appreciate it. I will definitely reaching out to a few forum members for more info.
Buddy, thanks for the advice but I wouldn't do her for free (the one in your pic), or with yours, in fact she would have to pay me A LOT!! I know we all have different tastes, and usually I refrain from commenting, but what is this obsession by so many of you mongers for chicas who don't even have the bodies of women, more like teenage boys, no tits, no ass, how can this turn you on? And that type of body isn't typical of a Medellin chica either. Having seen thousands in my month in Medellin, if I have to generalise they are on the short side, with smallish tits, ass on the large side, chubby and pretty ! They are not stick insects like this one !! Oh well, more curvies for me then I guess!
Are you being serious right now? Surely you did not miss the only point of his post, which was a response to a question that you had about chicks not responding, not responding in a timely manner, and giving short responses.
Nothing about his post was advising you that you should want to do this particular girl that he used as an example. It is like seeing an advertisement for floor wax and saying but my walls are not tan like the ones in that house. But then again this is the same guy that was asking how to take a taxi at an airport.
Like I said, I haven't looked into the Facebook scene heavily, so I have only written to a few. And if a chica has thousands of messages in her inbox (like you guys are saying) and its hard to get her attention, isn't it easier to just contact an internet prepago who tend to reply straight away and are eager for your business? On top of that I would show more caution what I first ask some chica on Facebook, if I'm not sure if she's available and just some 'ordinary' woman who happens to be friends with a pay for play chica. And no need to translate your little Spanish phrase for me thanks, my Spanish is fine!
I'm sure you doing alright how you doing but if you are curious keep at it they will respond, one thing I did is look for recent post if all the photos got 2016 obviously they not very active. I been searching setting up for a trip in November and I got maybe like 10-20 friends in Medellin super easy. Slid in the DM got many responses few even gave the WhatsApp and I'm not on the soil yet. If you Spanish is pasable you should be good to go. P.S. Even if they ordinary they might be ready to earn some "extra " . I was talking to one on messenger today says she is a nurse I asked because she has photos in scrubs with what looks like coworkers.

You are asking about a date. You are not saying come over here and let me fuck yohr brains out for money.
And no need to translate your little Spanish phrase for me thanks, my Spanish is fine!
Uhhh. You are not the only reader of this thread and most people that read this thread probably can not say hola or know what it means. So it was done for the advantage of those who may not have as good of a grasp on the language as some others may have, and not for you personally.
That is NOT a 3rd person singular, it's the IMPERATIVE of "dar". The common meaning of "dale" is GO AHEAD, or OK!, exactly as "dai!" in Italian. It is as common as HOLA.
"Da me lo" is the IMPERATIVE, and no, who says that does not see herself as a 3rd person.
Okay, da is 2nd person singular (affirmative) imperative, dé is 3rd person imperative. So yeah for sure, "da me lo, Papi!" is 'give it to me, Daddy!' But "dale!" means give it to him or her. I stand by my (Freudian) interpretation of the subconscious of the girl who yells "dale!" when she's getting pounded (esp. doggystyle). It's not "go ahead". That's the point.

Downtown street scene
I was in Medellin for 2 weeks in September, then went to the coast for nearly 2 weeks, then again 2 weeks in Medellin. Anyway, on the first part of my trip, I wan't too impressed by the downtown streetwalkers scene. I wasn't interested in any chica in Plaza Botero or the surroundings, and the chicas on the hooker bar street nearby (Carrera 53 between Calle 51 and 52) really didn't interest me.
But on my return to Medellin, especially in the last few days of my trip my opinion of the area changed. Firstly, you have to spend some more time there, don't just judge it on one pass. On the last couple of days I made several passes on Carrera 53 in the late afternoon and saw at least a few chicas who were good looking and my type (curvy !). Seems to get a lot busier with more chicas after 4 PM. Likewise on the next street, Carrera 52 between Calle 51 and 52, I saw a couple of young busty and good looking young Venezuealans on my last day, a brunette and a blonde. After playing 'eeny meny miny moe' for a while I decided on the brunette, and took her to a motel on the same street. She cost 40 k, the motel was 12 K. She had a stunning natural rack, her service was OK but nothing special.
I suppose my change in attitude to the area was that I first visited there after only having been in Medellin for a few days in September, whereas my second trip back was after having been in Colombia for 6 weeks, so I was a lot more relaxed and confident in my surroundings. I still didn't see any decent chicas in Plaza Botero though. As it was my last day and I was off to the airport just a few hours later, I suppose I was being a bit reckless as there were all kinds of dodgy people about and cops all over the place. But I had fun and stayed safe ! When I come back, I won't hesitate to take a chica from that area to a motel if I feel like it.
I don't know if there are other streets around there with chica bars like Carrera 53, if there are please enlighten me and I'll check them out when I return! Likewise other parks which I may have missed.

Based on my experience, when a Chica says, Dale Dale Dale, they want to be pounded hard and fast!
So I have been researching the forum and read as much as I can before go to Colombia. I have about 2 and half weeks vacation so I am thinking hitting all 3 popular cities, Medellin, Bogota, and Cartagena. I was wondering if our veteran members can give me a few pointers as to where I should go first, med or bog, and if Cartegena is worth a visit or just med and bog for now. Also, is it worth it to prebook Airbnb or just get hotel when I land? I will be traveling in early Jan.
Cartagena is definitely worth it. Very cool place to visit. Go to all three, but go to Medellin before Bogota. The moderately high elevation of Medellin will get you ready for the higher elevation of Bogota. If you hit Bogota first, it could take you a couple days to adjust to the altitude.
I prefer to have a place reserved for when I arrive, at least for the first night.

You have too much time on your hands and your posts are just boring, how many times do I have to tell you this? And I'm not the only one! Nobody likes a know-it-all!
When I was in Colombia, I wasn't on this website CONSTANTLY writing endless replies to everything the way you do, I was too busy having fun! If you're in Colombia or some other mongering country, can't you find anything better to do, like get laid maybe? Or are you so obsessed with this forum that you just HAVE to write replies between shagging sessions?? Because that's the impression you give!

BMo814, SJobs and Mojo Bandit thanks a lot for all your constructive advice about the Facebook scene! I'll look into it some more when I have the time.
By the way Mojo Bandit, I tried to PM you but your mailbox is full dude
I concur with you Surfer500. Was lining up with FB chicas prior to SWs and was being quoted in range of 150 k to 200 k for an hour plus uber charges.
But once tasted SWs there is no looking back.
Also learnt in the process, these same SW chicas which make 30 K in Centro may have FB pages where they hookup with gringos in Poblado for 150 200 K.
Its like buying the same Dollar Tree stuff in a swanky mall with bloated price tag!
Don't want to debate here on this but both have its pros and cons!!
30-40 k + 10 k for the room, gets you about 20 minutes in a basic room, in El Centro.
150-200 k gets you 1-6 hours in the room of your choice.
If you're after quantity, you can hit 3 or 4 girls in El Centro for 150-200 k.
If you're after something other than quantity, you can hit the same girl 1-3 times, chill, talk, drink, dance, smoke, eat, or whatever, for 150-200 k.
For me it's no comparison. I rarely want just a quick fuck, or blow and go. For other guys, any more than 20 minutes with a girl is too long.
It's all about finding what works for you.

A mixed bag of responses
First.
"Dale" is indeed a colloquialism. It had me baffled, because one cam model I worked with kept telling me "dale" whenever I gave her direction. I finally had to ask my roommate, whose English was quite good. Used by itself, it's the same as the English "okay. " "Listo" is sometimes used the same way. This is correct for Medellin. It may not be correct in other countries, or in smaller Colombian cities.
BB anal? With 30 k streetwalkers? I guess you have to find ways to use up that health insurance deductible. Fortunately I've reached the age where I no longer need to go and try to get some new disease.
Facebook thread? There really doesn't need to be any more Facebook posts. There are dozens of posts explaining the whole process. If you're interested, search the thread. Once the girl is in your bed, it doesn't matter where she came from. If someone wants to know how to reach her they can send a PM.
Whatever works best for you, stick to it. If you get bored, or want to try something different, then switch it up. There's no one type of mongering that is perfect for everyone.
