On Sukhumvit between Asoke and Nana, I get it for as low as 16 baht per tablet or about $. 50 USD per tablet at today's exchange rate. To get to that cost, I buy it by the "case" of six small plastic bottles, 10 tablets per box, for 1000 baht.

2nd Pharmacy in Sukumvit after petrol station on Soi 4 corner is very reliable for all types of medications.

Medication needs to be kept in a moderate room temperature type environment; and the street vendor stalls on Sukhumvit certainly do not quality as the product can sit there for days, weeks, or months. For a buyer, the consequences of buying a poor quality DVD or shirt isn't too serious. The consequences of ingesting bad medication could be deadly.

If you can't find legitimate DVDs or clothes being sold by street vendors, the chance of finding legitimate ED medication is also nil.

It always amazes me when guys won't buy and eat street vendor food because they're concerned about food safety, but have no hesitation to buy and ingest ED medication from a street vendor.

It's a roll-of-dice. Sometimes you win; sometimes you lose. It's when you "lose" and there are consequences that should always be in the back of your mind when making such decisions.

I don't recall ever being sick from street vendor food in any place doing good business (not back allies). Very Quiet stalls are more risky because the ingredients can be old.

I have been sick from eating prawns from reputable establishments and very sick for 3 days after a major Italian restaurant in Soi 19. It's more about what you order, and how fresh it is. Don't risk prepared food if it may have been sitting for a very long time. Remember the Thais' stomachs are stronger than yours.

There is no point buying medicine from other than a top pharmacy since the prices won't be much better, unless the stuff is no good. The top pharmacy, I recommended, has a fair price no bartering needed. Remember to ask for generics and not the "genuine" original pricey version. They rely on so much repeat business. They can't afford to spoil their good reputation with medicine that is no good.

I wasn't sure if the Cowboy bars still had full nudity (other than Crazy House). So I went into Doll House for a while to see. Some girls were dancing fully nude, although not a very high percentage. All girls not Thai or not the right age are gone now. Did not see anything that special other than cute little Aor (sounds like Oar) that I know already.

Crazy House has not been totally exempt from Police visits, however they get tipped off before any Police visit occurs, and they can also stay open later than the Cowboy bars. How much is a 100 MG tablet of Cialis (original and generic) at a Bangkok pharmacy these days? Last time I bought from a pharmacy, seems to me it was something like 1200 baht for ten 25 MG tablets. But that was almost 3 years ago so I don't remember exactly. What I do remember is the respected pharmacist assured me it was a pack of originals, not generics, but on closer examination when I got back to my apartment, it was clear in the very fine print they were generics not originals.

I have lived in Bangkok for almost three years now, buy from the street vendors at about 16 baht per 100 MG tablet, pop a couple into my body every three days or so, they always work as advertised and I have never gotten sick or had a negative reaction from them. If the cost at a brick and mortar pharmacy on the other side of the sidewalk is competitive to 16 baht per 100 MG tablet, I have no problem walking into a pharmacy to buy it instead of from my long time favorite vendor on the street. But if they are many times more than 16 baht per 100 MG tablet, I see no reason to change my source.
