I called a guy advertising b2b (body to body) maassage and after negotiating went to a hotel. My info is a little old (about 2 years) but then the Hilton was girl friendly.

I talked to the hotel taxi drivers/doormen at the TransAsia hotel, which is a bit further down the road and they sent some Russians to meet my friend in the Hilton.

If you are in Bentota I am told that the party scene in Hikkaduwa (further to the South) is very good. There are one or two hot nightspots where you can pick birds, depending on the day, some are supposed to be professional, others are just out for fun. Not something I experienced, just what I have heard.
