Hey I have traveled throughout asia and this will be my first trip to the phils. I was looking for good info because this seems to be the only place to get true info and not paid for info like the other sites. I'm going to angeles and cebu in January, the dates I'm not sure of yet since I am deployed so they are not set. What is the best place to stay for a decent price, I was looking at the royal amsterdam or the brass knob. Also what is the best service to use for pick up at the airport and how hard is it to have them have a girl with them when they picsk me up? Any ideas of good places to get cash also, and how much cash should I bring to start with? Any body have good ideas on hotels in cebu that are reasonable? Thanks for the info and help it is greatly appreciated.

Pacific Breeze picked me up there for 300P. Are you on a budget? If so and flying into MNL I suggest catching a taxi to one of the bus terminals in Pasay from which you can catch a bus to Dau for about 135p and then a trike to your hotel 100p. The two bus lines I have used previously are 5 Star and Victory. Both have buses about every 30 minutes during the day. For hotels just follow the suggestions discussed previously on this thread.

There is a pool party at Lewis Grand Dec.12, 11 pm (tonight). More often during the summertime but not as often as we would like.

Is there a security guard on premises?[/QUOTE]Been some time since I stayed at the Sunset Garden so cannot recall about safe deposit boxes, but they do have a security gaurd stationed at the front entrance. No girls who are brought in are allowed to leave without either you escorting them back out or the front desk calling your room and asking permision for her to leave. Same for girls comming to visit you. If they arrive without you, the fguard and front desk (they are about 5 feet from each other) stop her and call to ask for your permission to send her up.

The pool is decent as is the food but the hotel iteslf does have some years on it so it will not the nicest place you have ever stayed. The Premier hotel next door is in much the same condition but has much better food (in my opinion) and a nicer pool. Same ownership last I knew so you could use the pool at which ever. Security procedures at the Premier are the same also.

If you cannot get into one definately check out the other.

In the province other riders tap their head to warn you there is a road block ahead. Usally its a dead give away when you see a stream of vehicles & bikes heading in the opposite direction. A little light goes on in your head & you think uh oh, road block, time to turn back & go another way. Even if perfectly legal I always avoid road blocks. So to, do most flips... for good reason.

Maybe I'm wrong but I believe many of these girls would like a foreign Boy Friend. I have had a couple of girls tell me they came AC to meet a foreign BF vs. Manila where they could make more money. Do you believe this?

I do believe for one of these girls if gotten in the first month they are in town, could be good make a good GF. I think after a month or so they become corrupted by the other girls who really don't have a life except as a bar girl. These girls then teach them they can con guys and get many boyfriends to all send them money.

What are your thoughts?

What are your thoughts?[/QUOTE]From my conversations with many BG's (especially in Angeles) many girls are encouraged BY THEIR OWN FAMILIES to go take up this line of work. Often by a cousin or sibling & with the agreement of their parent(s). They are almost all from poor families with unfinished education giving them few options. Many have been burned by pinoys who promised them the world & them pissed off when they got the girl preggo.

There are good & bad people in all walks of life.

Some bar girls were not nice women before they went into the business & give BG's a bad name.

Many are just average girls from poor families who gradually lose their dream of escaping the life & make the best of it as they can. Some get burned over & over by mongers promising them marriage then dropping them. Some hold onto their dreams & dignity and manage to find a decent enough guy to settle with. The ones that stay get over the emotional scarring of prostituting themselves for the first time & get to like the permanent party lifestyle of the being a BG, losing sight of their goal to help their family financially & find a decent guy to settle with.

In general I would counsel anyone to look elsewhere for a relationship.
After all the Phils is filled to bursting with non P4P girls looking for a good man to settle with.

Yeah right. Many AC girls are, IMHO, too fat and ugly to command a premium price. But at P1000+ there is obviously a market even for AC fuglies..

That said, of course many would like to have a BF/permanent ATM. I recently had one ask me to become her BF and go back with her to province (Samar) now for Xmas. Well who wouldn't like to have a sucker to pay for your Xmas shopping :D

It's all about the money. GF or pay-per-cum, up to you!

I have a good friend. I would definately call her a friend cause I have known her for 2 years and soon to be 3 years. She pretty much says I am her boyfriend and best friend. Yup she even allows me to play as long as I am not with one of her friends. So having said that. In three years I think I have given her $100 dollars 1 time. She says to me. I do not need money from you baby ko because I have all these other guys sending me money. She even shows me how much she gets and way she does it. She has (3) japanese guys sending her $400 a month for the last 10 months. Thats $1200 a month. Her and I went to Barocay several months ago and guess what. She bought my ticket. It was funny because she called me at American Hotel and said "Baby ko can we go to Barocay? I said no because I have things to do. She said oh don't worry baby ko I pay for ticket. So some poor Japanese guy I guess paid my way. I am sure there are others out there that have the fortune I have. Blink, Hesekiels, Put nut, Amavida, Fast Eddy, X man, George, I am sure you veterans here have this as well.

Goes to show that they can sucker anyone. But yet have 1 maybe two that maybe there true friend for now.
