You don't have a direct contact to any particular person. So you can ask a question. However any particular person may not have any interest in your question, or may not be reading the forum at all.

I don't buy these products myself so I am not fully up to date. Last time I bought Apcalis for my boss I believe was something like 300 or 400 Baht per paxk of 4 x 20 MG tablets. Previously I believe I heard genuine Cialis was over 1500 Baht. Don't remember exact price. That is for 4 tablets only. All I remember was 5 hat it was very expensive and no reason to buy it.

I have tried Cialis years ago from a western country. It seemed to have little noticeable effect for me. I could not tell the difference between taking it and not taking it. So 20 MG seemed very weak effect if any. So I don't waste the money any further. I found Viagra or a generic had a far stronger effect.

Recommended dosage for Cialis is 5 MG to 20 MG. I imagine 100 MG would send most people to a hospital (with priapism, or something even less pleasant).

That is a 20 MG bottle of Cialis knock off from india. They are not a problem unless they are a fake. Experience talking as I have tried them.

And yes english is his native tongue. Sometimes people make typos and don't catch it.

Active ingredient being Tadalafil. Your and Mackin's experience is the same as mine. As well as every expat I know who buys the stuff from Bangkok street vendors on a regular basis. But I buy the 100 MG dosage. I've seen claimed dosages as high as 500 MG. LOL. But I am fine with the possibility that the "claimed" dosage isn't true. From the more detailed responses about the cost difference between what I pay the street vendors for my "20 MG Cialis" (Tadalifil) and what others pay for it in a brick and mortar Bangkok pharmacy, it appears there is quite a substantial difference between the two. I imagine those Bangkok pharmacists get quite a chuckle over it when someone pays their prices for something they know full well can be had just steps outside their door for a tiny fraction of the cost. Further, I see no reason to take the vast difference in cost as some sort of clue about the value of it. There is always a vast difference in the price of items you buy from street vendors vs the brick and mortar shops. You can pay 40 or 50 baht for perfectly delicious Pad Thai from that lady outside on Soi 11 or you can pay 180 baht + 7% Vat and 10% Service Charge for essentially the same thing in Kinnaree on Soi 8. You can pay 100 baht for 1. 50 power reading glasses at a table on Sukhumvit Road or walk into Top Charoen right next to that table and pay 1925 baht for a pair of reading glasses that will produce no better results.

For the purchase of 60 tablets, their cost is $3. 50 USD per tablet, plus shipping and handling I assume, without going through their online purchase process. That is still more than the 16 baht or so cost I get for purchasing 60 tablet volumes from Sukhumvit street vendors, the equivalent in USD being about $0. 48 per tablet at today's exchange rate. But it is still much cheaper than the 20 MG versions you'd buy from a pharmacy, according to the reporting here.

Mind you, you're not going to get the 16 baht per 100 MG tablet price from the street vendors by just walking up and asking, "How much?" and accepting whatever number comes out of their mouth. In fact, that is where you might be quoted a price not too much different from what the pharmacy on the other side of the sidewalk is citing. But be prepared to walk away, agree to some kind of volume purchase, work your deal and you will probably get it down to no more than $0. 20 or $0. 25 USD per tablet. Especially if you are only going for the 20 MG dosage. In my case, I buy the larger box of 6 of those plastic containers at a time, 10 tablets per container, for 1000 baht. And I buy from the same guy in the same spot on Sukhumvit Road every 3 or 4 months. Maybe you can work an even better deal. But at 1000 baht or 16.66 baht per tablet, I'm fine.

As I never had been searched in customs at the country I was heading to, I risked it. I am aware fines are possible though. I have also risked having too many cigarettes in my luggage (and I don't even smoke). I hate the way other people want me to get things for them nearly every trip. However I am aware that real genuine meds like Cialis are very expensive and require doctor script.

Going into my home country, my bag was searched once, and they looked at all my pirate DVDs (a few years back). They did not seem to care though. Were more interested in if I had any memory sticks. There is little point in buying "genuine" Cialis and being ripped off, since they sell a copy, and pocket a huge profit. The packet is not exactly the same as the original. The Lily watermark or hologram maybe not quite right. May as well buy a trusted generic from a trusted shop (not many I trust), then you have more idea what you are getting, and not expensive.
