This place used to be paradise on earth from what I've heard but I keep hearing the chica prices going up to $150-$200, wtf? Not just here but videos on yt as well.
I am planning a mongering vacation and DR was my first choice but Colombia is looking more and more promising. $20-$40 there on average for chicas consistently across the board.

You can't expect a guy who travels for a weekend to turn down the best looking girl in its standard because he didn't want to spend an extra $20 or $30. This is madness. Especially if the guy is spending way more on hotel, flight, and bottles (assuming the person is a baller). Everybody who leaves in sosua or dr has time on his side, than most of us don't. Even when classico, merengue, and rumba were all opened, I have always preferred to get girls before 10 pm, then go back back to classico, and pick one when the club closed because after that most girls had to make a decission either you go home with nothing or you get 2500 peso.
The only thing we on this board have control over is to write good reviews, that will make more guys book a trip to Sosua. I was hesitating about between sosua and cartagena, but after I read grownman report I was like fuck that I am going to sosua. I didn't want to spend my time worrying about which hotel or airbnb is girl friendly or not. That's why I decided to go with the familar sosua than cartagena. I booked my flight for early August, and I will make sure to write a report after I get back. This is the only way we can help prices go down. The more guys decide to go to sosua, more girls will decide to come down to Sosua, and prices will have to adjust.
It's not because a girl sell pussy that she can't see what is in her best strategy to make more money. All the guys going to Avhnee have a limited number of nuts, girls got it figured that it is much easier to hold the line at 4000 peso, than going for 2000 peso. Ahvnee is the prime target to overcharge guys, why would you expect them to charge what they charge the same guy during the day or during the week.
Everything follows the supply and demand law, the advantage girls have in sosua over us is that they know each other and have a better chance fixing price for them. And that strategy will work for some, unless more girls decide to come down sosua. And for that to happen we need more mongers, which means more good reviews coming from us who were there or who plan to go there. That's the only thing we have control over because nobody here is sharing the numbers of girls who charge 1500 or 2000 peso.
A good comparison to what 's happing to sosua right now is the price to get an hair cut in the US. I used to pay $20 to $25 before covid, now I am paying $40. And now most of them want an appointment. There is probably the same numbers of barbers available, but many of their customers learned to cut their hair by themselves. But prices didn't drop to $10 instead they doubled.

If you got to get the best looking girl at avhnee at primetime, then you will be competing with the weekend warriors aka the ballers. But if you are patient you will be fine. Not every girl at avhnee makes 100 or 150. I bet the majority don't even get someone.

My next trip will be after the current curfew of July 15. I have girls I can see from years back, who are still nice and a lot of fun. Also, there are a lot of new semi-pros caused the pandemic. They are easy to spot. If you meet a nice girl in POP, for example, she'll find her way to you apartment to make some money and enjoy company. So most of the times you get professional, cold and rushed service ala leche papi leche. CBJ is often required.
Asking for even more money after the deed is also very popular and it seems that the weekend millionars have teached them that also.
IMO DR is not worth it.
Only the Haitians were mostly ok, but then I prefer to go directly to Mombasa. Much better and cheaper Mongering there.

2. History and old architecture. If you care, pick Cartagena.
3. If all you care about is mongering on a budget, that's Bogota. Or Medellin, which might be slightly more expensive, but has better climate.

There are miles of essentially unihabited beaches between Cartagena and Santa Marta, some windswept, some sheltered. The beach northeast of CTG airport is wide open for miles and filled (overfilled, IMO) with decent hotels, condos and Airbnb's -- probably easy to get an incall, or is a pretty short ride to El Centro. Santa Marta's city beach is Rodadero, which is not quite as bad (touts, crowding, murky water) as the beaches in Boca Grande (CTG). From what I saw in Santa Marta (five years ago) there are a ton of broke Veneca SWer's. Really nice sheltered beaches in Taganga, which 30 years ago was a hippie / nudist haven, but I've heard has become more of a shithole with prostibulas and drugs!
Personally, I would fly to CTG, rent a car and stay in an Airbnb NE of the airport. Here's a google earth image looking SW towards CTG

What I like about sosua is no need for transportation, and the farthest you will have to go with a taxi or motocycle is maybe less than 5 minutes away. And it's way more easier to get girls in sosua compared any other monger destinations in the world. According to my friends only Bogota can give many options throughout the day like in sosua. Then Bogota during the day it is mostly santa fe which is full of harcore streetworkers, and you are not using your hotel. So when your time is up you get a knock on the door or pay more. Cartagena doesn't have too many options during the day.
What I don't like about sosua, girls try to run games. You got to really study the behavior of girls you decide to take. If you are being rushed, she is probably going to rush in the bedroom too. Expect CBJ from most girls but that always depends on you. If you speak spanish then you will have an advantage that I don't I have. But I still do fine with limited spanish.
As far as who is hotter, if you are more attracted to white looking girls then go to columbia. If you are into mixed or black girls then go to DR.
Both places have hot women. One thing about sosua is you are not into the big booty girls you probably won't be in direct competition with the weekend warriors LOL.

I have been to sosua, santo domingo, rio, Bangkok, pattaya, jarkata, johannesburg just to name a few. Etc. If you know an easy place with the same quality and quantify of girls selling pussy let me know and I will add it my next destination. Espcially if its closer to the beach and safe like sosua.

Most locations you have to go where the actions is. In Sosua you are always in the middle all the time. Almost every women every where you go is in play. I most admitt that things have changed significantly in Sosua. There is neither the numbers or the quality of 3 or 4 years ago. Sosua is being strangled but is a very tough *****. Many guys like me have friends restarants, beaches and yes women to make the place a favorite. We go hoping to find some of the magic of the pass. It is getting increasingly more difficult to find. However as soon as you step out of your taxi even today you are seeing freelancer with every glance. So you are walking around with a boner all day.
