The horror of the morning after.
PATHUM THANI: Some people may be familiar with the surprise of waking up on the morning of New Year’s Day to find an unexpected creature lying beside them in bed.
Few, however, take the trouble to report such incidents to the police. Fewer still are the cases where police haul the offending bedmate off to jail.
Pol Lt Col Sarawut Netriyanon, Superintendent at Tambon Suan Prik Thai Police Station, was as surprised as anyone on January 1 when he was called to a rented room by 23 year-old Thip Nethip, who said that there was a monstrous creature asleep on his bed.
Investigations swiftly established that the “monster” was a bright-green iguana, 50 centimeters long and weighing in at a meaty five kilograms. Not knowing what to do with the reptile, Col Sarawut took it back to the station.
Fearful that the vegetarian lizard might harm local children – iguanas have long, sharp talons – officers there locked up the creature in a prison cell while they waited for wildlife officials to come and collect it.

I am just back to Bangkok from Phuket and although i stayed with a couple of bangkok bar girls apartment for 300THB/night and watched them play cards and gamble all day I also got some insight from them. They go to Phuket to make more money. They go to Phuket to get away from anybody in Bangkok that will see them running around with other men and report it to their boyfriend overseas who may or may not be sending money.
I spent some time at Tai Pan nightclub in Patong an area that has just grown like a gigantic wart. Tai Pan is where free lancers go. I felt the quality of girls was fair to midland. The tourists that go to Phuket with thier foriegn vacation budgets have basically ruined the place therefore there is price gouging everywhere. I am told of police are running alot of businesses in town and are opportunists when it comes to nabbing a farang.
Many of the girls selling it in Phuket are from Esan places like Udon Thani so you are generally not tasting local meat. The common thais that go there on vacation get gouged too.
Also be carefull on your rented motobike as to not get in an accident. Also the water is cleaner than Pattaya and there are multiple beaches to get to if you like to explore. All the reefs are broken and that is sad but there are nice fish to see. As far as hotties I would say I saw one in ten.
All I can say is that i am really happy to be back in Bangkok.

If you rent a motorbike and get into an accident that damages the bike, get it fixed before you return it to the rental agent. I've heard of rental agents charging up to ten times the actual cost of getting a bike repaired. It's usually very inexpensive to get a bike repaired yourself and their are lots of repair shops.

Last time I was in Phuket, some local friends of mine took me to the City Hotel downtown Phuket, and it was a real eye opener!
Took me up to the 4/F and walked down the long corridor of the floor and saw that each of the rooms had a couple/three really stunning looking girls inside - with the door wide open. Led me to the end of the corridor into a suite and then all these girlds started streaming in - and I had to choose!! And I mean, how does one chose between love goddesses and beauty queens - literally! I found out that this 'establishment' is patronized by all the richest businessmen and high ranking political / military / police / government etc officials in Thailand. The deal is Baht 3,000 if you just go upstairs with one of them or Bht4,000 if you took one out - which I did. We then proceeded to a jazz bar - suppossedly the "hottest' place in Phuket for the locals and proceeded to party with my friends and our newly found "friends" - with all the male eyes staring at us - especially these gorgeous girls! And I mean these girls of ours even satisfied our chinese Friend who's had extensive mongering experience with the best girls in the whole of Asia! It was great in that I knew that I had the best looking gal in the joint, and let her loose to do whatever she wanted to do - knowing full well that I will "HAVE" her later on! And HAD her I of course did - and she was superb - truly deserving of the accolades that my friends promised when they took me to City Hotel.
Spent the whole night with her doing everything possible and then sent her off in the morning with an extra Baht800 taxi fare! What a night to remember!

800 Bt "Taxi Fare" .... where was she taking the taxi to? Bangkok!
By giving Bt 4,000 at City, you already paid top $$$ (Bt 2,000 is more the going rate in, 2,500 take away), and a "Taxi Fare" (tip) of another 200 would be more than generous!

Ooooops! Are you sure that the prices you quoted are correct? I went to City with a couple very established "players" in Phuket - and the Baht 3,000/4,000 are the prices they told me. They really, really should know for as I said, they are very well established local businessmen. The night before, they took me to Patong and I got 'serviced' o/n by "just an OK girl" for Baht 2,000 and thus I figured that the slightly higher price for these stunners was well worth it. (They also paid the same price for theirs). On the Baht 800 "Taxi Fare" yeah - I definitely know that I was being overly generous as my friends had told me that Baht 200 - 300 would have been enough - but I was totally over the moon over my "friend" and I figured - heck why not!
I apologize to one and all here if I had been guilty of "spoiling the market" - But I really am dying to find out others' experience (and price) for City.

Is there a specific red light area where I can find street girls in Phuket Town Centre, or do I need go to a bar or hotel.

The taxi fares in phuket are rather expensive. Unless it is a moto taxi they are referring to a tuk-tuk, the four wheeled variety. It is about 300 to 500 baht to get just about anywhere on the island [airport to patong, patong to phuket town, etc.]. Moto Taxi's are just as cheap as Bangkok. Should you decide to get a rental bike be fucking careful.
Any discoteque will have a bevy of girls floating about [banana, tiger, star world], and the best action in Patong is at the intersection of Rat-U-Tit rd and Bangla Rd. Grab an ice cold singha from the 7-11 and hover about on soi san sabai. At 2:30 am there will be at 'least' 500 beauties waiting for you. Every shape, size, and kink. 500 baht and up depending on your appearance, thai skills, and negotiating skills....
Down Soi San sabai is 'superstar' and 'Didi's cafe', they stay open 24/7 and when you need to go to the bathroom or want to sit down pop in there.
Don't miss 'PHUKET's best hamburger' stationed on said corner adjacent to the 'Thai Pan disco' every night at about 11:00 pm.
Boy do I miss living in Phuket. The only thing better than that corner at about 2:30 am is RIO.

Hi all,
Arriving in Phuket in June (low season?) and have narrowed down my (cheap, guest friendly) hotel options as, Orchid, C&N, Expat, Boomerang and Siam House. Any recommendations?
Also, because its low season, would it be better to just rock up and negotiate price rather than book ahead.

Boarded Asia Airlines bound for Phuket at 10:30 this morning with my little bundle of Joy in tow. Now, I'm sure some of you are already thinking, "Why is this dumbass bringing along a girl when there are plenty on offer locally?" In case you haven't read my posts in the BKK thread, this particular girl is a perfect 1000 on most people's 10 scales, a total sweety and a complete nympho. Oh, and, since I rented her by the month, I don't want to waste the baht.
For anyone planning a trip down here, I recommend flying into BKK and then booking your flight via Asia Airlines. It's not luxury, but the ticket was only 1800BT one way. I was quoted 2500BT one way by Thai Air. I'd tell you how the food was, but, well, you'll read.
Anyway, today, I fullfilled a couple fantasies...
#1) As soon as the fasten seat belt sign went out, I had my sweety head to the head and told her to wait for me. I followed a very short while later and was soon banging away inside her tight little twat while we stood there in that cramped little cabin. I'm glad she's so small. I can now say I'm a member of the mile high club :) x1
#2) Got to the hotel, dropped luggage, changed (took a bit of convincing to get Joy to wear her 1 piece bathing suit that she brought along because 'I shy') and headed for the beach. If any of you happened to be on Karon Beach this afternoon around 4:00 and saw a dork, chest high in the water, with a huge, shit-eating, grin on his face and a very gorgeous TG plastered against him, that was me fucking my sweety in the warm waters of the Andaman sea :) x2
#3) Back to the hotel where a shower turned into a fuck in the shower which turned into an anal fuck in the bed. It's taken me several days and a lot of playing, licking, fingering, but I just popped my first anal cherry :) x3
Don't know when my next report will be. I don't have an internet connection in my room, and I don't want her to see me typing this stuff. I also wasn't planning to come to Phuket, so I need to spend some time reading this thread before I go out punting.

Just a bit of info on hotels in Phuket:

Overpriced (1200bt/night w/breakfast) and the room was a bit dirty. No internet. The shower is just a shower head sticking out from the wall next to the toilet and the sink is right next to that. There
s air-con upstairs, but downstairs, where you would spend most of your time, there's only a ceiling fan. Having to climb a very steep, curving, flight of stairs to get to and from my bed was too much; I figured that if I had to [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140][CodeWord140][/url] in the night I might break my neck on the way to the bathroom. Staff was pleasant though. Stayed one night and checked out in the morning.
Wouldn't recommend it.
[b]Sea Breeze Inn[/b]
Good price (800bt/night w/breakfast included) for a decent sized clean room. They advertise that they have internet, but, what this means is that you can buy cards for an ISP at 7-11 and they will not charge you 3BT/minute for the local call. They'll only charge you 1BT/10 minutes. Nice sized shower (good for fucking) and a big bed.
So far, I'd recommend it unless you need a fast internet connection in your room.
Anyone know a good hotel in Phuket, less than 1500BT/night, that has in room broadband internet?

Another good use for bar girls...
Just before walking into the inet shop, I witnessed a bar girl save her ST friend from certain death. Said monger, obviously very drunk, walked right out in front of an oncoming truck. Luckilly his sweety was in need of her nightly fee becaue she quickly yanked him back out of harms way. He didn't even seem to notice the jerk or the blaring horn.
Guys, be safe out there. There won't always be a bar girl around when you need her to yank you.
