You have to remember that the classes in Brazil are like a pyramid, not a diamond like in the US. Most people are lower class, therefore most of the women you will meet will be lower class. The middle class is there but not super large, so some of the women you will meet will be middle class. Theupper class is elite. Unless you are also upper class you will not be meeting any of those women.

Skin color is not a big issue to anyone except the upper class. You will not have a problem meeting White women if they are into Black men.
