Tomjacking: I visited Morelia in the winter of 2014. I must have taken a bus there as I don't rent cars in Mexico and had been traveling around Sonora and spent some time in Guadalajara, Guanajuato, San Miguel del Allende etc. I was actually not aware of any strip clubs there and thought the city was incredibly boring and frankly found the woman I saw walking around the city to be quite unattractive. I did find that street with the SW's you mentioned as it's fairly close to the center. The talent, at least when I visited, was abysmal and the taxi driver seemed just as nervous as your driver. Perhaps, the police patrol the area or there was a recent bust but not sure.

I walked around the town a lot but never did see any strip clubs so made a mistake in not asking someone about where to find chicas. It just struck me as a conservative city. Also, I had a Canadian friend who came at another time to see the Monarch butterflies who arrive in this area at a specific time of year, every year. That's a major tourist attraction there though the actual location to view them is a fairly good distance from Morelia.

I've been in morelia for about a week doing touristy things with family who are now all flying out and have only been playing the tinder game. I've been using Morelia as a base of ops to visit other places and have not been enjoying this hobby until I was finally fed up with senora mano derecha.

I'm currently located at the Hotel Mission Cathedral (approx 70 $ a night as of writing but one of the only hotels that I could confirm had AC in the centro historico). He did mention that it was best that I picked them up in the lobby. I decided not to shit where I eat due to the amount of families around and thus took an uber to one of the many short time hotels.

First Mistake: uber comforts while the same pricing as uber X are much less common. I got cancelled on like 5 times, and spent 20 mins waiting for a ride. During this I mass messaged escorts to see who would respond.
