Thailand takes the position that a major cause of transmission of Covid is drinking alcohol. So, in Pattaya, it is illegal for more than one person to drink alcohol in the same place. It's also illegal for more than 5 people to gather together in the same private place, unless they live together.

It's true that no more than 5 people can gather together but I don't think it matters if they are consuming alcohol or not in private. You can currently buy alcohol for consumption at home. I do not think your parties are illegal when you only have 2 or 3 ladies over.
