Depends on who you're with
Brother do Dominican women look unhealthy? They eat very good with family and friends when we aren't around. Personally I like eating alone instead of having a hooker tell me her sad life story. Also the name of the game is "Time". And money. While you treat that hooker to a two hour brunch she is thinking about the money and clients she missed out on. So when you buy a girl in Sosua that 900 peso lobster meal and taking up her working time don't be surprised when she asks you for the full fee even if she never made it to the hotel room.
On a couple occasions I sat down with a girl on the beach for lunch. There were never any "sad life stories". We just enjoyed the company, lots of laughs. I usually had a sandwich, and they would have the same, or a fish, never anything extravagant. Afterward, we'd go to the hotel and work off that meal. I never paid more than 2 K pesos, girls usually stayed a little longer after the fact to chat, and talk of money never came up for lost time while eating. So, it comes down to who you're with and your own personality. The hardcore girls are obvious, and easy to stay away from. In fact, on three separate occasions, I had two girls buy me a drink, and one bought me an ice cream at the place on the corner before heading back to the hotel. I didn't have any bad experiences, and the selection was always good. No, there weren't 200 girls on the street at any given time, but you don't need a selection that big to find some great ones. I had a great time while I was there, and I know other first timers would as well. Just have to choose wisely. Stick to the Haitian girls for a much better experience.
