When traveling to Thailand alone, I either hang with other farang tourists or find a holiday girlfriend, but so far none more than 2-weeks. In your situation I'd probably seek a Thai lady with a brain and an enjoyable personality, spend a few days with that pandemic girlfriend then move on to the next. Maybe throw in a couple ST bar girls between pandemic girlfriends. Most Thai bar girls drive me nuts with the immature way they act, I seldom tolerate LT. I'd slit my wrists before hanging with 5 per day.
You suggest that I am lonely. No shit. There is a pandemic here, and nowhere to go. My alternative is to watch TV or sit on my balcony and watch the ships go by.
LOL. That is why last year during the lockdown I managed to score a Russian girlfriend and I went over to stay at her place in Jomtien every night at the witching hour.

Of course, I have had Thai "girlfriends" before, but I intentionally scuttled girlfriends until the bars open.
Just to give you an idea of how weird things are, my 3:30 appointment showed up at 2:30 yesterday, that’s how bad things are.

I thought it offered an option to go from either to Pattaya after the initial 14 days (though not the other way).
Has the Phuket / Samui Sandbox Plus model collapsed?

Yes. If you go to the Samui sandbox, after 14 days you can go to Pattaya.
But the original question was about going from Pattaya to Samui, with 2 Thai ladies. This required quarantine a couple of months ago, but now it's basically impossible.
Getting back to my mission, I had a relatively slow day yesterday. Two ladies came early, ended up drunk, and needed a friend to come get them. Two ladies came in the late afternoon, not much happened, just naked lap dances. Then I had an overnight lady who left before I woke up this morning.
More coming today.
All of this will end when the bars open in. Hopefully - October. Then, the ladies will be too busy with customers to think about me.
But the original question was about going from Pattaya to Samui, with 2 Thai ladies. This required quarantine a couple of months ago,
The original question was: Was there a quarantine requirement for domestic travel?
I thought after you arrive into Thailand from a foreign country, and after 14 or so days of quarantine, you could have gone anywhere in the country without further quarantine. IF you were in Pattaya, you would have already finished quarantine.

I think you can still go from one of the sandbox locations to other areas, but you can't move from areas that are spiking in covid cases to other locations in Thailand. I think which places are off limits is changing all the time so you would need to find a site that is keeping track of all those details. I am arriving in Phuket on Sept 6th and then I plan to travel outside Phuket after my 14 days. I was originally going to go to Pattaya and Bangkok, but I may choose a less virulent place and then go to those places if it looks like I won't be able to move around. I plan to play it by ear once I get there because making plans seems like a waste of time with things changing all the time.

Excellent response but
Hmmm. A lot of issues there.
Why I didn't take the two ladies to Koh Samui? There was the issue of the 3800 baht per test per lady, but the killer was the hotel sending me a notice that 2 weeks of quarantine was required. I went to Koh Larn instead.
On the 200,000 baht per month issue, I should just say that I have money, and leave it there. The bigger issue for me is alcohol consumption, I think I drank an entire bottle of whiskey yesterday.
On 5 times a day, I don't fuck every lady that comes over, sometimes it's just foreplay.
On "horny" ladies, my point is that I know that bargirls fake it, but I am seeing signs that some of them really are horny. It's difficult to understand the situation that these ladies are, they have few customers (almost no one cancels on me), they live in rooms supplied by their bar, so they can't have visitors, they can't go out much since they are unvaccinated, and they have no money. Before someone points out that I have reported that some of the ladies have boyfriends, they are the exception, most of the ladies don't have regular access to dick. I am trying to get the word out to the ladies that they shouldn't bother doing shows for me. I understand that not every lady is in the mood every day, so no need to fake it..
Great response, but I think you missed the part or response to never ever meeting one board member, I'm sure you just forget or was not posted correctly bud!

I believe people are conflating tourists who are officially part of the sandbox schemes, and people (nationals and ex. Pats) already living in Thailand. And besides TIT: so the 'rules' are changing all the time.
