I took that picture of El Encanto around 10:40 AM. Papagayo's hadn't opened up yet. When I returned to El Encanto around 11:30 AM, with Joe, my tour guide, to check out El Encanto, the roll-up, was rolled up, and Papagayo's was open.
Question for the group here. I'm wondering about Cleopatra MP. When I checked this MP out about 3 times, which was about 2 years ago. all I saw working in this MP were skanks, about 40 to 45 years old, with missing teeth, and I think they wanted $40 for a one hour session. I never purchased a session back then. I always immediately left this place, and felt like throwing up, after seeing what was working in this place. I got the impression that Cleopatra MP was a seedy, rundown, bottom of the barrel type of establishment.
My question for the group here, is this. Is Cleopatra MP the pits? Should I stay away from this MP? Is it just a seedy run down joint?
It's convenient to the Santa Fe bridge, but if it's the "pits," I don't want to mess with it. Should I avoid this Cleopatra MP?

My assessment so far.
Okay, I think my number 1 "go to" MP, in Juarez, is going to be Genesis. My number 2 is going to be Siluetas. My number 3 will be Felinas. And a possible number 4, will be El Encanto, to see if "cutie pie" is working there. And a possible number 5 will be Loryed, in case I don't like what's working at my first 4. I think I'm going to blow off all the other MP's in Juarez. That's how it's looking for me, so far. Just my 2 cents worth.

If it's Saturday, I have to nut... Er... Get a massage. Read everything posted here by Xfactors and decided to check out Loryed's. Forego the taxi from the PDN bridge and decided to drive myself, entered Mejico at the free bridge. Kind of a long wait with USA CBP checking cars heading into Mexico. All inclusive, and the rooms are nice. Ceramic tiled floors, real massage tables, clean sheets, clean shower, clean towells, all and all pleasant and a nice atmosphere, not skuzzy.

You are what we all once were. You are learning about Juarez with an open mind and you are exploring Juarez 2 degrees above the bravery I once had. When I learned Juarez it was "pre"internet and there wasn't a drug war raging around me.
A few months before this mess broke out I took my first trip to the Philippines and that was the start of my falling out with Juarez. I don't get down much these days, I save my dollars for pesos, Philippine pesos but I do look forward to and end to this sillyness going on in Juarez.

well, thanks for the compliments, mugroso. i've enjoyed reading your post, dating way back to the archives. i think the mayor over there is a good guy, but he may have "mission impossible" trying to clean up the police force over there. i'm always nervous when i go to juarez, but i go anyway. i like the town, but i don't like the risk.
